Great location within easy walking distance of town centre and also local shops. On bus route. Very clean well-equipped house with views of Forth Bridge. Friendly, helpful owners. Easy access to Edinburgh.

A lovely house close to the station with easy access into Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The house had everything we needed for our stay and more....everything was thought of and provided. A family friendly home. The owners (Mel & her mum) were very welcoming and helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble. Have already recommended this house to family and if we visit Scotland again we will be in touch.

Great location. Loved the 3 bridges: we cycled over Forth Road Bridge, caught train over rail bridge and drove over the elegant new Queensferry Crossing. Bought a Spokes cycle map, parked at Cramond, lovely cycle along coast and then into Edinburgh along cycle routes. Water of Deane and Deane Village worth a visit. Also lovely cycle rides from house to Cramond and to Blackness. HMY Britannia was fascinating. National museum excellent and free. Parking free at most places. Loved the Kelpies (great park on same site), and Falkirk Wheel. Owners were really helpful, lots of tips about cycle rides. A few toys to keep son entertained. Garage to store bikes. Would recommend.

Een hartelijke ontvangst namens de dochter van de eigenaresse in een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Een eenvoudige en schone complete twee ondereenkap woning met tuin & garage op loopafstand van een grote supermarkt. Bushalte lijn 43 naar het centrum Eddinburgh op twee minuten loopafstand. Vanwege de locatie een ideale plek om Schotland te leren kennen. Uitzicht op de beroemde forth bridge. Kortom een aanrader!

Lovely cottage. Has everything you could possibly want or need. Quiet location but handy to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Echline View was fantastic. The host went above and beyond to make sure that our stay went well. We were travelling with our two young children and it had everything we would possibly need. THE HOUSE The house was perfect for us. Knowing that we had two small children in tow, the host made sure to leave out toys for them to play with. The living room was cosy and comfortable, the kitchen had literally anything you would ever need to prepare a meal and the bedrooms were wonderful. The bunk bed in the second room was particular useful with our little ones and made them feel like they were having a great adventure. The back garden was the perfect space for them to run around and gave me the reassurance of knowing they were contained. THE LOCATION South Queensferry is a lovely spot and the house was centrally located so that nothing was more than a 17 minute walk away. You could catch the bus to Edinburgh from two different spots (neither was more than a 10 minute walk). There was a playground in the neighbourhood and the library and pubs in South Queensferry were about 15 minutes on foot. We didn't need a car at all. The Tesco was the furthest away, but it was only about 17 minutes and the Marks and Spencer petrol station boasts a wide variety of ready-made foods and drink and is only about a 5 minute walk.There is also a McDonalds right by the petrol station if you're in a pinch or don't want to cook. OVERALL I would highly recommend staying at this location. The home entirely met our needs and we had a lovely time with our stay. The neighbours are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Esta casa es muy agradable u acogedora, lo le falta ningún detalle, como se anuncia en el alquiler, está en una zona cerca de Edinburgo hay autobús cerca de la casa y el tren que era lo que nosotros cogíamos, es muy cómodo y con mucha frecuencia, pero hay que desplazarse a la estación de que está a un kilometro y medio aproximadamente. Nosotros teníamos un coche alquilado. En Queensferry esta el famoso puente del ferrocarril que es Patrimonio de la Humanidad, el Pueblo es pequeño y muy bonito. También hay un super cerca, unos cinco minutos, en la gasolinera. Resumiendo, como pueden ver, muy recomendable.

Ein ganz tolles, sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeber haben uns empfangen und waren jederzeit bei Fragen für uns erreichbar. Unser kleines Sohn hatte viel Spaß mit dem Spielzeug und dem nahegelegenen Spielplatz. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar den Süden Schottlands erkunden. Supermarkt, Tankstelle etc. sind ebenfalls sehr nah gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder! All was perfect!

The house is ideal for families or couples, very well equipped, warm, with a lovely comfy bed! It's ideally positioned for exploring the Highlands and it's easy to get to Edinburgh on the bus. Good local facilities and South Queensferry is about 10 mins walk. The boat trip round the Firth of Forth is recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in 8 Echline View. The decoration and furnishings were of a very good standard and it was beautifully clean and tidy. There was good supply of kitchen and bathroom disposables and everything we needed we had at hand. Remarkably for a house on a large estate, we found it a very quiet and restful area. The garden was attractive and well kept. We thought South Queensferry a beautiful and picturesque town (and the Scotmid supermarket a real gem!) There are excellent bus and rail services (we used the train and the fare was very reasonable) and found it an ideal way to visit Edinburgh. With the crossings over the Forth so close, it is a very good place to explore this part of Scotland.
