WiFi and Netflix, Stove Propane, electricity, BBQ with gas inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Front lawn, private patio. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, cafés, takeaways, groceries and pharmacy within 2.5 miles. The cottage is happy to accept children but does not provide either a cot or high chair. Note: Sorry no hen, stag or similar parties. 200 year old stone cottage with modern water boiler system for heating and hot water fueled by wood stove, solar panels and backup electricity. Note: During cooler months operating the wood stove more regularly is required to keep the cottage warm. 1st night wood supply starter pack is provided
