We welcome you to our beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located at Lake Berkley Resort. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout. Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout. The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets. We have a games room with pool table, so start planning those family tournaments now. The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental. The Pool can be heated for an additional fee, please enquire for details.
