With that said, the pool and spa lighting allows you to enjoy the sunset and tranquil evenings. The villa is comfortable for family and friends of up to 8. By comfortable, we're talking private quarters for all with all 4 bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms! The Queen bedroom is downstairs, with 2 x twin bedrooms and master suite upstairs, equipped with a large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to the villa having much needed and welcomed air conditioning. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area. If you find time between chilling in the pool area and enjoying the endless choice of attractions nearby, you'll love the games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball. As an extension to that, there are plenty of resort amenities in the safe, gated resort of Bella Vida. Bella Vida Resort is superbly located right by Walmart and the 192, where shops, restaurants and entertainment is plentiful. Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World can be reached in 20 minutes! Yes, this villa offers you everything for the perfect family vacation and we're excited to host your stay! We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured, you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay. If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying. Additional amenities: Foosball

Lovely Home in Beautiful Bella Vida

We have just returned from a two week stay in this lovely home. The villa is in a great location, off Oren Brown Road, just behind the large Walmart. On arrival the wifi wasn’t working but the management company had already noted this and had it sorted within 48 hours. We also had a problem with the downstairs air con, again the management company sorted this within a few hours. The home has four en-suite bedrooms which is perfect for large families and the living/dining/kitchen area is very spacious and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils and it even has a kettle and teapot! The sofas and recliner chair are very comfy. The dining table is large but only had 5 chairs (not 6 as shown in the pictures), but we improvised by using the desk chair! The pool was south facing, getting the sun all day. We paid extra for pool heat which was worth it as the water temperature was just right. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to eat alfresco as there were only 3 out of the 6 patio chairs usable (2 were broken and 1 was missing)! All in all we had a lovely stay and thanks to Claire and Shaun from the management company for being so prompt in answering any of our questions and issues. I have given the villa 4 stars because some of the furniture is a little tired and would need updated, other than that, it is a lovely home. Would we return……yes, if updated.
