This is it!!
Just bring your toothbrush and move into this 2 BR 2 bath garden villa - nicely furnished and with a double garage. High ceilings give a feeling of room.
Peaceful, Safe and Quiet. Great walking/cycling area. No through traffic. No airplanes overhead (there may be a crop duster treating the orange grove - Great to watch). Gated entrance with a clicker.
Publix, Aldis, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and Manny's within 8 miles.
Enjoy playing golf on the nearby Grenelefe course (reasonably priced). You can drive your own golf cart to the course and all over the resort. Southern Dunes (Top 10 in FL) is 8 miles.
Internet and Spectrum TV are included.
You will feel right at home in this Delightful Place.
