Ideal location!
We stayed at this villa in August 2014 for 1 week and can honestly say that it was terrific! Ideal location, villa was clean and nicely decorated and the pool was great! All the rooms are of a good size and the pictures do not do justice as they are bright and clean. You are set in a residential area and this is nice as everyone says 'hello' I travelled with my husband and 15 year old daughter who loved the freedom of the WiFi for booking the Fast Pass rides for Disney! I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone asked and I will definitely book again. The owners (Andy & Janice) are really helpful lots of info at villa -well worth a visit :)

We we're very pleased with our stay
This was my very first trip to Florida and I really enjoyed my stay in Davenport. The house was nicely located for everywhere we wanted to visit. My whole family enjoyed our stay and my children's age vary between 15 and 4. I would defiantly recommend this home to other families. The only complaint I would have for this home would be to change the bed in the master suit it was a little to hard for our liking but was still manageable.

Perfect place for our visit to Florida
We spent five days in Florida visiting a friend. I was a little hesitate about renting for several reasons, but Andrew, the owner explained how the renting process went and eased my uncertainty. The villa was really nice. My Husband and I had the master suite, which we really like. Our friends had the one of the other three bedrooms. It was cool in Florida, so we didn't use the pool, but enjoyed the screened in patio. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone traveling to the Davenport area. Thank you Andrew, we enjoyed your home, like you said we would.
