Our home is a detached four bedroom villa with private pool and Jacuzzi (pool heating optional) situated in Weston Hills a quiet residential gated community set in natural surroundings. Weston Hills is located within easy reach of all Orlando's top attractions, ideally situated for a holiday in Florida. Air conditioned throughout, furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Unlimited WI-FI Internet access is available throughout the house. On-site facilities including; recreation center, community pools, tennis courts, volley ball court, walking trail, and children's aquatic center. We have a local Publix supermarket, a Wal-Mart superstore and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. There is a selection of good golf courses and national parks n...

Fantastic villa
Weston magic is a home from home with added benefits of ideal location for all the parks but on a quiet residential estate. Fully equipped with everything you need and more besides. The pool and jacuzzi are great. We will definitely use this villa again on our next visit to Florida. We have rented various villas over the years in Florida and Europe , this has definitely been one of the best. Keep up the good work.ideal for children of all ages our daughter was eight when we visited.

Wonderful, spacious, comfortable villa with a 'homely' feel.
We booked Weston Magic through Owners Direct and from the start found owner John Ross to be very professional and helpful with our enquiries. Fortunately we discovered that we only live five minutes away from John & Jackie in the UK so we were able to pick up the keys directly from them. It was lovely to be able to meet them and discover that their passion for Florida was as great as ours! We had no issues on arrival at the gates to Weston Hills and we were over the moon when we pulled up the drive of the villa, Weston Magic. A beautiful property, very spacious with a huge stairway leading up to four large, clean bedrooms. The villa was spotlessly clean throughout and we had everything we needed including lots of towels. I have to say that although everything inside the villa met our expectations fully, the pool and outside area are fabulous, the view was lovely and we enjoyed watching the Florida wildlife! We had opted to pay for pool heating which was a very wise move as although we had beautiful hot weather, it was not the usual humid Florida weather so the warmth of the pool was most welcome. We all commented on how lovely and quiet the community was and this is due to most of the houses being owned by Florida residents, the few that we saw on our stay were very pleasant.
The location of the villa is perfect as it is not right in amongst the hustle bustle of Orlando but close enough to the attractions such as Universal Studios (40 mins drive) and Downtown Disney (20-30 mins drive).
I would highly recommend Weston Magic and I know that we will be returning as soon as we can!

Ideal Haven of Peace, Not Far From Parks, Restaurants & Shopping!
Weston Magic is a well-appointed, clean and spacious home, with all the modern conveniences. Great TV and Audio equipment, ample seating and quality furnishings.
In exceptional condition and located in an extremely quiet gated community, this home benefits from a great open rear view and pool spa to view it from.
Although remotely located, far away from the hubbub of ‘I Drive’, it is positioned within easy distance of all of Orlando’s major attractions and ideally located for visiting the wider State.
From the minute you drive up to the front, to the minute you leave, you can’t help but feel welcomed, relaxed and recharged. We will be back!

Home from home
Staying in this beautiful Florida home was what made our whole visit so relaxing.
Central to all the wonderful attractions; whether it be The Parks , Cape Kennedy Space centre or the coast, it couldn't be a more welcoming home to return to at the end of the day.
All the facilities have been provided, including a fully fitted laundry room (a God send for families ) and a luxurious bonus for couples.
The house itself is spotless , well maintained, luxuriously spacious with a fabulous pool area.
I would thoroughly recommend this property for a guaranteed trouble free vacation.

perfect holiday, would definately come again
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Weston Magic.
The location is perfect and all the attractions are within easy reach by car. The home is the perfect place to relax and has everything you need including a lovely pool area. All the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
It is a really lovely area and we felt safe and secure in and around the home.
I would definitely recommend and hopefully can return again soon !!

Going on vacation felt like being at home
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house was beautiful! We felt so confortable we had all the comforts of home, but we were on vacation! We had all the please of not have any annoyances that you occur when staying in a hotel. You get to have privacy and not list to noisy hotel neighborhoods. I would highly recommend renting this home if you want a nice, pleasurable vacation with your family. Everything was easy.John was very helpful with everything, he was kind, and made it easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have an enjoyable vacation! I know we did!

Simply Amazing
We tried weston magic as our first villa in Florida, having stopped on international drive and lake bunea vista previously. We weren't disappoimted, From our first dealings with the owners to actually being there it is all 5 star. The villa is out of this world, I believe even though the video on you tube is good and enticed us to stop there, it doesn't do the property the real credit it deserves. All Attractions are of easy access and the weston hills estate gives you that real American neighbourhood feel. My wife particular liked the master bedroom with massive amounts of space. The storage available throughout is umbelievable. Quite simple if i am going back to Orlando i will be looking at staying here again without essitation, and would highly recommend this villa as your holiday home.

Perfect Property
We stayed at Weston Magic on December 2015. The house is amazing. Everything you see in the photos is exactly the way it is. Beautiful, clean, neat, every detail is gorgeous. Even the table was set. Loved the Mickey plates and glasses which made it more special. Amazing pool, amazing area. Great location, very close to Disney. The owner is very nice and so is the administrator of the house. We really enjoyed staying there and definitely next time we go we will rent it. I recommend it 1000 %.

Simply Amazing!
We stayed at this property for 2 weeks over Christmas 2015.
First of all I need to highlight how helpful the owner was - he always got back to my emails straight away, provided useful information and was very helpful!
The villa itself is perfect- clean, very spacious, hot showers, everything you need, a great pool and even a splash park and communal pool too.
Only a short drive from Disney and the airport this villa really is a gem.
I would highly recommend this villa to families looking for a perfect Disney holiday.

Beautiful Gated Community Near everything!
My family and I stayed at this beautiful home during our spring break and it was wonderful. The home is very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We had the home pool heated and it worked very well. The jacuzzi warmed up extremely well and it felt great lol. This home is located in a community that also has a 2 communal pools and like a mini pool with sprinklers which our kids loved very much. The community is gated with (remote) security guard access in order to get in, so for those who like that extra security measure, this home provides that also. All in all i would highly recommend this home to anyone, it is close enough to all the major attractions and close enough to anything else you might need (restaurants, stores, etc...).
