You may park up to four vehicles in the garage + driveway + street parking in front of the house. Please limit street parking to two cars maximum. This is an excellent neighborhood for taking walks, running, riding bikes; the Sand Canyon trailhead located just down the block and brings you into Red Rock Canyon Open Space, one of the best parks in Colorado Springs and a local favorite. Garden of the Gods is a 4 mile drive away. Downtown Manitou Springs is just a 2 minute drive away. The Manitou Incline is just an 11 minute drive away. A local favorite Mexican restaurant, The Crystal Park Cantina, is just a 2 minute drive down the road.
