Il posto è molto caratteristico, con stradine strette e bisogna fare molta attenzione con la macchina, Antonietta e Malcom sono molto accoglienti e simpatici ti mettono subito al tuo agio! La camera molto pulita e ben arredata, non manca niente (forse solo il bidet, ma è tipico inglese!!!) Grazie di tutto

We would recommend to stay with Anton & Malcolm at any time, we were treated like one of the family and they really made us feel welcome. Nothing is to much of a problem for them as we found out ( I forgot my driving license) and you do need a car. Accommodation very clean & comfortable and well equipped. We will be revisiting again.

The house is situated at the top of this hilltop town, with fantastic views from the roof terrace. It has been renovated to a high standard. The self-catering apartment is cool with a high ceiling and direct access to the roof. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom spotless. Malcolm, the owner, was extremely helpful in the absence of his wife who was doing new Granny duty in England. He welcomed us warmly on our arrival and led us through the maze of streets to a pizzeria, introducing us to locals as we went. He then provided us with hand drawn maps to ensure we could return to the house! Throughout our stay he was discreetly helpful and very friendly. Burgio is off the main tourist trail, which is part of its appeal, but within reach of several major sites.

We were looking for somewhere inland in Sicily that had self-catering facilities to stay for a couple of nights. We found Casa Dei Sogni by chance and were very happy with what we found. The building has been modernised to a very high standard and the facilities provided are superb. The owners met us on the outskirts of the town and guided us to where to park and then to the house. They were very helpful and provided lots of local maps and other useful advice. We felt welcomed into the house and given the opportunity to have our own space and freedom but if we needed help it was readily available.

First time in Sicily. Stayed in the self contained apartment. Very well appointed and scrupulously clean. We ate in several times because we explored the local supermarket and butcher with a little help on Italian from Anton. The locals in the town do not speak any English but are very helpful and friendly and you get by with a little bit of pointing and knowing a few words which you pick up as the holiday goes on. That all adds to the feeling of a little adventure. Other nights we ate with Anton and Malcolm, went out with them another night to a local restaurant, with dancing. On another night they had a barbecue on the roof top patio, Anton's mum and dad joined in. The whole holiday is enhanced by the care and kindness of Anton, Malcolm and family in making sure that you have a most enjoyable time. We will definitely be going back.

We had an amazing time, Malcolm and Anton made us feel like one of the family. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is very homely. Wished we could have stayed longer. Only 20 mins to the Beach and the lovely town of Sciacca We love everything about Burgio and the unspoilt area.

excellent hosts, very friendly and nothing too much trouble. immaculate facilities. welcome pack in apartment was very good even 2 bottles of wine! had a lovely holiday and will definately go again.

We had a great stay. We were made to feel 'one of the family'. The flat was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and 'everything worked'. We would highly recommend this accommodation and hospitality. Christina and Michael

Our stay at Casa Dei Sogni, Burgio was warm and friendly and we were made very welcome. Malcolm's tour of Burgio set us up for the week and anton's wonderful Sicilian cooking is a must for any visitor. An ideal spot for touring the South Coast of Sicily. Be assured that anton and Malcolm will make you feel part of their wonderful family.

It was our first visit to Sicily. Anton and Malcolm could not have done more for us and they with their family and friends made us feel very welcome. We were even invited to a family wedding! There are plenty of historical sights to enjoy in the area and beaches within 30 minutes drive. Our favourite was Bovo Marina which is stunningly beautiful. Sciacca, just up the coast has some great shops. Burgio is very steep for walking and car hire is a must. Traditional Sicily in friendly surroundings and we loved it.
