Villa La Sort - Charming and Modern Property in La Font, Pollensa
Just a few minutes' walk from the historic center, this villa offers the perfect location to explore the town while enjoying the peace and tranquility of the area.
The L-shaped villa has a well-defined sleeping area with two double bedrooms. One room has windows facing the barbecue area, while the other opens with double doors to the poolside terrace. A third double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The villa also offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. A few steps lead to a walkway that wraps around the house, leading to the brick barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day.

Best villa we have stayed in.
15 min walk to Pollenca, short drive to the port and beach. Shops and restaurants nearby but the villa is a quiet location. Villa has a great layout, is very well equipped and any minor problems are swiftly dealt with by very pleasant owner through helpful staff at Dickinson office. Stayed here for 4 weeks, April to May, in this villa for the 2nd time and will be back again. We have been to this area many times because it provides everything we like in a family holiday. Hasty luego.

Fantastic Villa in a great location
I stayed here with my wife and child in late October. Unfortunately there were high winds and it rained all week so we spent much more time inside the villa than planned, but it was great - very well equipped, spacious and ideally located for walking into Pollença old town or as a base to explore the island. The pool is beautiful even though it was pretty cold at this time of year. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful villa in a great location
We stayed at Villa La Sort for 2 weeks and thought it was a great villa. The bedrooms and the living space were well designed to be spacious yet practical and the view out to the pool was gorgeous. The utility room was also really handy!
The location was great - we walked in to Pollenca for coffee most mornings and it took about 15 minutes. It is also within easy driving distance of Port Pollenca and Alcudia. And there are two good supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
The garden and pool area was really well kept - there were fig, pomegranate, lemon and orange trees in the grounds all bearing fruit.
We would definitely recommend this villa. The only annoyance was the poor quality towels and bedding.

Amazing for the family. Ticks every box.
Stayed here during the summer of 2017. A fantastic villa for children all on one level, all rooms face the pool so always able to watch the kids having fun. Private and secluded yet within walking distance of Pollensa old town. The excellent owner accommodated all our requests. The pool is amazing and perfect for the children, gradual floor steps down, not too deep and so clean, at night the pool and the surrounding manicured gardens all externally light up which is so beautiful. Unlimited wifi, no cut outs. The interior of the villa excellent, cleaned twice weekly. Ample outdoor seating/sun bathing areas with great furniture, the pool area gets the sun all day. Where is fault with this villa, there isn't, its just perfect and we all so loved our holiday in it, great times had. Can't wait for our return to it in 2018. Thank you to the owner and Monique/Carla for organising our booking.

Hervorragend ruhig und liebevolle Finca
Einrichtung ist liebevoll bis ins Detail, schön, sauber und die Küchenausstattung lässt wirklich KEINE Wünsche offen. Sehr schöne Finca-Anlage und wir haben einige Vergleiche aus den Vorjahren. Geräumige und großzügige Zimmer. Tolles Management, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Hauptstraße nach Pollenca haben wir nur einen Tag leicht gehört (bei Ostwind). Waren eine Woche dort. Sonst super ruhig!!!! Drei Punkte waren gewöhnungsbedürfrig: es hat ein paar Ameisenstrassen im Haus (die sich bei entsprechender Hygiene im Rahmen halten und überall in den Häusern der Region Pollenca sind). Hier sollte man nicht zimperlich sein. Und wenn es regnet (hatten wir zwei Tage) regnet es leider in 2 von 4 Schlaftimmer etwas rein. Nur leicht aber das sollte aus meiner Sicht behoben werden. Ebenso ein Minus der Schimmel in der Waschmaschine, der leider deutlich zu riechen ist (nur im Waschaum). Sonst perfekt - sogar mit Whirlpool im Pool außen.

Schöne Villa, aber...
Die Villa, der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schön. Wunderbar ist auch, dass man Pollenca in 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Aus unserer Sicht gibt es aber ein paar Mankos:
- Verkehrslärm von der Straße (die Hauptstraße zwischen Pollenca und Port de Pollenca ist viel näher als wir erwartet hatten)
- schlechte Qualität der Matratzen (wir haben in der Woche das Schlafzimmer gewechselt, um mehr Ruhe und bessere Betten zu haben, gut, dass wir nur zu zweit waren)
- es gibt keinerlei Ausstattung von Verbrauchsmitteln (Gewürze, Salz, Peffer, Öl, Spülmittel). Obendrein wurde die Ausstattung, die wir besorgt haben (z.B. Spülmittel und Küchentücher), direkt beseitigt, was ich für die Nachmieter sehr ärgerlich finde und so noch nie erlebt habe
Insgesamt stimmt m.E. das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Modern New Villa in Great Location
We had a wonderful week at Villa La Sort beginning of June. The villa has a brand new feel to it (very clean), is made up to a high standard and is well equipped with everything you need. The garden area is beautifully manicured around the pool area and has a lot of land around which gives it a good level of privacy. Due to the layout, you pretty much get the sun all day and can watch the sun go down behind the mountains with a nice glass of wine. Pollenca old town is within easy walking distance (about 10-15mins) and offers a great selection of local restaurants and bars. Thank you to Ana and Maria for a very smooth booking process – everything was perfect!

Fantastic Villa
An excellent villa which exceeded our expectations, with everything you need. It is very well looked after both inside and out and would happily recommend it to anyone. The management company were also excellent to deal with and certainly went the extra mile.

Perfect, clean, modern, close to town, ideal!
I stayed at this villa with my boyfriend, parents and Grandmother in May/June this year, 2013.
We knew the area as we have stayed in La Font before, it is a short walk into town so perfect if you don't have a car, or if you don't want to drive.
When we arrived at the villa it was so nice and new that we thought we were the first people to ever stay there! The villa is all on one level so perfect for children or older people.
Unfortunately whilst we were there we had a few rainy days and it turned quite chilly, so we spent some time inside. The only slight improvement that could be made to this villa would be a few more books and games inside the villa to keep you occupied if the weather isn't on your side! (and the TV had only 1 or 2 English channels - not that we ever want to watch TV on holiday! But if you had kids it might be a good thing to have a few more channels)
Also the villa is slightly more expensive than some other 3 beds in the area, however the quality it excellent, lovely, modern, very close to town so it is worth it.
I recommend this villa very highly - in fact my close friends will be staying here next year when they come over to Pollensa for our wedding!

A lovely modern villa close to Pollensa
Stayed in this villa for a week with some friends and their little boy. Lovely modern villa with all amenities. Great pool area. Close to two good supermarkets and within walking distance of Pollensa town. Management company very helpful when we wanted a babysitter and they arranged this for us. Would stay again.
