Windows with spectacular coastal views, travel cot (bedding not provided for cot) En-Suite Shower Room With walk in shower enclosure, electric mixer shower and wall hung composite wash hand basin, WC, blue wall tiling, heated chrome towel rail. Bedroom TWO - sleeps 2 With cream Victoriana style king size bed, 2 period pine bedside tables, hairdryer, period pine wardrobe with drawer. Period pine dressing table with 4 drawers. 24” SMART TV and USB chargers. Windows with spectacular coastal views. Bedroom THREE - sleeps 2 With 2 cream Victoriana style single beds, 1 period pine bedside table, period pine wardrobe. Window with spectacular coastal views. Bedroom FOUR - sleeps 2 With adult size white wood bunk beds, 1 period wooden chest of drawers. OUTSIDE Slate terrace From the rear of the property, you access a sunny terrace with a wooden table and chairs. The West facing terrace has a new Typhoon (easy to use) 6-seater hot tub. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun and enjoy the fabulous sea views over the Welsh Coast, looking towards the Llyn Peninsula with Bardsey Island in the distance. Don’t miss the amazing sunsets that the West coast has to offer! Parking & access The cottage has its own private off-road parking for 2/3 cars max. Further parking is available on the town a 10 min walk. The house is accessed via several stone steps up to the front door. The steps are not particularly steep, fine for any reasonably mobile/active person. Additional information: It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise. Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Changeover day is FRIDAY in the main season. Sorry, no pets. Prices inclusive of energy, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. 1 basket of logs is provided, FREE of charge, additional bags available at garages and supermarkets.

Family get together for a short break with fantastic accommodation

Fantastic few days at Bryn Mair - repeat visit and still fantastic. This time of year the weather has been HOT, HOT, HOT. Barmouth beach has been wonderful but we can also recommend Harlech Beach. Cheap car park, no stones to walk on, quiet and beautiful clear and golden sands - look out for the shoals of tiny fish. Harlech Castle a good place to spend a couple of hours. Hot tub has been good for a relax following a (vaguely) strenuous day - always better with a glass of bubbly in your hand. Strong recommendation. Hope to return soon
