We booked here for 3 nights in May for a quick break away.
Marion met us as we arrived and showed us around and gave advice on the places that were open for food and drink. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Its set in a quiet location back from the road with ample parking but within easy reach of Wadebridge Town.
As we love walking we parked our car up when we arrived and it never moved until we left as the walk into Wadebridge only takes about 20 minutes but it is down hill on the way and of course uphill on the way back.
There is a TV and WiFi available and a small kitchenette with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster for cooking and a fridge for storing food. Marion also supplies washing up liquid, dishcloth and teatowel so no need to bring your own.
Perfect little spot for exploring North Cornwall.

Convenient spot for visiting Cornish beaches + pet friendly+ Marion the owner was very helpful!
Lovely place to stay with a very friendly and helpful owner who is near to hand. Studio was very clean and our two little dogs had an enclosed area to run around.

Everything you need, cosy and the most Comfortable Bed
I stayed here on a 4 night stay, Marion met me at the gate and welcomed us. The apartment has everything you need, even washing up liquid! It was great for the dog as the gate can be shut and she could run around outside if she wanted. Great location for visiting surrounding area, I didn't want to be driving far and got out every day to local places, Wadebridge town, very friendly smiley people, Rock Beach, Padstow and the coast Path, Pencarrow House, beautiful gardens but dogs are not allowed in the house....even though it say Dogs welcome on leads around house, what actually is meant is dogs welcome around gardens around house.
A lovely place to stay, we hope to return. <3

Ideal location
We stayed for 4 nights. It was a brilliant central location for us visiting Padstow, Port Isaac, Heligan.
The studio is a long way off the busy main road so no problems with traffic noise. It had everything we needed for a short break. A comfortable sofa and bed. Lovely and clean. Brilliantly powerful shower. On one occasion we didn’t quite have enough hot water for two showers.
Our dog was welcome which was one of the reasons for us choosing this accommodation.
Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great stay
Great location with good access to surrounding areas and easy to find. Marion was very attentive. Accommodation very clean and well furnished with everything needed during a stay. Would highly reccommend.

Good pet friendly accommodation.
Marion greeted us on arrival and made us feel welcome .The studio rental was clean and tidy and very comfortable .A great location to explore North Cornwall there are some good walks near by .Most important to us is it dog friendly . There are good dog friendly attractions in the area . Would stay there again .

Weekend away
It was in a lovely location, ideal for getting to all parts of North cornwall, and only an hour's drive to get to the south. Lovely quiet location, just what we needed! Only issue was that the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything that goes on next door, which woke us up early on all mornings and late at night. The room has no central heating only a little portable radiator which didn't really do anything, where the weather had changed to being chilly and drizzle all weekend we ended up having to sleep in our jumpers and socks! The hot water in the shower only lasted just over 5 minutes before it went cold, so we both had to time our showers or draw straws as to who got in there first. Apart from these issues if you are after a few days away then it is ideal as your out all day anyway visiting the amazing parts of cornwall anyway. It's also quite handy having the Tesco down the road aswell so it didn't take long to grab some milk and tea bags so we could get back and have a cup of tea to warm us up after a long journey 🙂
