Our family of 7 had a wonderful 2 weeks at East Sands Holiday House. The house was perfect! Wonderfully appointed, beautiful views of the beach & Bass Rock, and Lorena’s hospitality before and during our stay was outstanding. Kitchen very well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable. In fact, when we asked about a coffee grinder Lorena bought one and delivered it the next day! The location in North Berwick is perfect - close to the Rocketeer Restaurant and Seabird Center, and NBW’s 2 fantastic golf courses. Lorena even baked a delicious cake for us while we were there. All agreed it was a perfect 2 weeks and we look forward to a return to North Berwick & East Sands!

Bass rock view
We were two couples who stayed 1 week at Lorena's East Sands holiday apartment. It's a beautiful house, lovely decorated and well equipped with everything you need. We spent hours just sitting in the living room and enjoying the marvelous sea view. It's ideal for 2-3 couples or families. Hope we'll can come back again.

Superb accommodation at East Sands.
Had a wonderful week at East Sands Holiday Accommodation. The house was exactly what we were looking for. We were a family of 10 and there was room and more for everyone. Well appointed and Leonora's little extra touches of Prosecco, home baking and chocolate bunnies for the children were a lovely surprise. Great location too, right on the beach. Highly recommend it.

Perfect Christmas at East Sands
We had stayed at East Sands twice before so began to relax the minute we arrived and saw the house all ready for Christmas and Lorena's home baking, flowers and sweets ready and waiting for us. Lorena's kindness and attention to detail are wonderful. The views are fantastic and as a family of eight, there's loads of room for everyone.
It was perfect on Christmas Day to be able to just step out onto the beach for a walk and let our grandchildren and dog run free. Thank you so much Lorena!

Loved this house, fab location. Beach on the doorstep and 5 minutes to the lovely high street.
Well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and very dog friendly. Ours loved sitting in the bay window watching the waves 🥰
Easy access to Edinburgh on the train within in 30 minutes.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful holiday home
We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday in East Sands holiday home. It was our second trip and even more delightful than the first.
Lorena takes such care to make the holiday home beautiful and welcoming with lovely flowers and homemade cake and complete care with every Covid regulation.
The house is lovely and there is plenty of space for everyone. The views are beautiful- watching the sun rise and the sunsets over the sea, from the bay window is unforgettable. Our Golden Retriever and babies loved the beach on the front doorstep.
All North Berwick attractions are within an easy 5 minute walk. Thank you Lorena for a perfect holiday!

Utterly wonderful
Would love to keep this seafront home a secret however it would be totally selfish of me and my family to do so. Beautiful townhouse overlooking the beach with amazing views. As soon as you enter you already feel at home , Immaculately presented with real homemade touches all around. As soon as your head touches the pillows you feel as if you are sleeping on a cloud. Lorena the owner can not do enough to make your stay as memorable as possible and is a friend for life. Great walks, pubs, shops, and friendly locals, .Fabulous fresh seafood along with a top awarded butcher on your doorstep.Dog Friendly for your beloved pooch

Scottish Seaside Stay
This turned out to be the perfect place for a large family gathering with 4 generations to stay at the seaside.
We enjoyed the fact the apartment was well presented and generously proportioned. There was plenty of room to eat together at the dining table. The bedrooms were all a good size and as the accommodation was over 2 floors it felt more like a house.
The baby’s pram could be left behind the door at the main entrance but there was also room in the apartment for it.
The east bay beach was across the road and the town of North Berwick is a lovely place to be.
Lorena provides an ideal property to enjoy it.

Perfect!
Perfect location, beach about 10m from front door, main restaurants &shops five minute walk.
Apartment was very clean & tidy but also stylish and spacious,
Bedrooms all of good size and comfy beds. The towels and bedding were of high quality
The master bedroom had fantastic sea views so there might be an argument as to who has it😊
The lounge had good seating with some large chairs and comfy sofas and also adequate room for the substantial family dining table.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need in a home from home.
Great communication from the owners who were very helpful and go beyond what you would normally expect.
I would actually give this property six stars

Excellent Apartment
Just returned from three days at this beautiful apartment over the festive period. Lorena was great, she was on hand to answer any questions and quick to respond to emails. The apartment is warm, clean and very well equipped for a large party and the location, right on the beach, is superb. Can't believe how busy it was on New Year's Day! We had six adults and two children staying and there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. We all loved our visit. Thank you Lorena. We will be back!
