Leben im Paradies
Wir waren 2 Wochen in der 3 Palms Beach Villa und im 3 Palms Luxury Cottage - beides super toll - Gaestehausbesitzer ist ein toller, lustiger Typ.
Unglaublich schöner und unvergesslicher Urlaub in sehr netter Atmosphäre und atemberaubender Umgebung mit fantastischem Blick auf den Tafelberg - ich kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ganz einfach ein Traum!
Die Unterkunft herrlich gelegen. Sauber, freundlich und sehr nett. Gert, die Seele des Ganzen, kümmert sich um alles. Waren zu viert und alle begeistert. Nächstes Jahr sehen wir uns wahrscheinlich wieder. Auch an dieser Stelle, ein ganz besonderes Danke an Gert.

Harald, das ist wirklich sehr nett von dir und ich freue mich schon sehr euch 4 hoffentlich in 2019 in der Beach Villa begruessen zu koennen. Bis dahin euch alles Gute, viel Spass beim Golfen und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

dream holiday destination accommodation
I feel in love with the location of the house, by the ocean. As I was parking in front of the house “I’m sold”. The view that show both Table Mountain and Robin Island at once, The pool area, big seating room with big screen and beach house feel. The bedrooms that would convince you to stay in door entire day. I came there once in 2016 with my colleagues for Cape Town International Jazz I then made a promise to take my family(Daddy & Mom) which happen this year 21-24 January 2017 and its was magical.

What an awesome place!
The location is absolutely stunning. You can just stand in your living room and have a free view of the table mountain!
Lots of space, the master bedroom is huge, and the other ones are excellent.
Great pool, garage to park your car.
This is just the perfect place to start your Capetown/South africa trip.
Gert is very relaxed dude, and will help you wherever he can. Absolutely recommend this anyone.

"Fantastischer Blick auf Kapstadt mit dem Tafelberg"
Die Beach Villa liegt nur wenige Schritte vom herrlichen Bloubergstrand entfernt. Der Strand lädt ein zu Spaziergängen, Sport oder einfach nur um die Kitesurfer zu beobachten. In der Nähe gibt es viele Lokalitäten, die man schnell erreicht und mit Gutem Essen locken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Villa selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und persönlich eingerichtet. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Esszimmer laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Tafelberg und Kapstadt. Das abendliche Lichtermeer von Kapstadt ist besonders schön. Die Pool Terrasse bietet einen ebenfalls schönen Blick auf das Meer und wir haben unser Frühstück und Abendessen dort genossen. Die im Haus gelegene Garage war sehr praktisch. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Gert für seine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir konnten ihn jederzeit ansprechen. Bei einem Bier im Pub oder auf einen Wein bei ihm zu Hause hatten wir viel Spaß. Lieben Dank noch mal für eine tolle Urlaubszeit. Wir werden uns bestimmt noch einmal in der Beach Villa wiedersehen.

Hallo Jutta und hallo Namenskollege Gerd. Besten Dank fuer den wirklich netten Review und das Vergnuegen war ganz auf meiner Seite. Immer schoen Gaeste zu haben, die sich wirklich bei einem Wohlfuehlen und das auch offenkundig machen. Das mit dem Bierchen im Wintergarten machen wir auf jeden Fall auch wieder beim naechsten Mal. Whatever you need and more
Beautiful surroundings with a direct view on Table Mountain and the nearby beach make this holiday location a memorable stay. In both directions following the beach - whether you like to walk (10-15 minutes), drive (5 minutes) or take a cab/uber (low prices!) - you will find great restaurants, shopping malls as well as clubs/bars and still have a quiet, safe and comfortable environment should you require it.
The equipment and installments in the Villa itself are excellent, offering multiple nice bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a backyard with the pool.
The hosts are very friendly and if you like to drink a pint or two, Gert is your man :-)
Highly recommended!

OMG how beautiful
I have stayed already several times with Gert in his beautiful 3 PALMS Luxury Cottage but when he told me that he has now also a 3 PALMS Beach Villa directly at the ocean, I was very intrigued and excited to give it a go. OMG how beautiful is the place and how breathtaking are the views and how fab is the sound of the ocean. The décor with it's bright and light colours gives you an earthy beach feeling and the furniture perfectly compliments each other, putting you straight away into holiday mode.
Everything is brand new (from the cutlery/crockery to the linen, Smart TV, furniture you name it) and very tastefully chosen by Antoinette – Gert's wife.
You are a stone through away from the beach and you are a stone through away from Doodles, which is a vibey restaurant that turns at night into a great bar with live music – no worries you don't hear a thing at the Beach Villa!!! You can also walk to Bloubergstrand with the Blue Peter and other great restaurants at your doorsteps. It is a very secure place and very quiet with no traffic going through.
Gert looked perfectly after us and even provided a weekly cleaning service for a small fee.
Definitely will be back time allowing maybe next time splitting my time between the 3 PALMS Beach Villa and the 3 PALMS Luxury Cottage.
