We are a retired Parsi couple and have an extra bedroom in our apartment which we are willing to let out for short or long stays when we are there. You get exclusive use of one bedroom with an attached bath and shared use of the living, dining and kitchen areas.
The location of the apartment is ideal for either tourists or people who are coming to Mumbai on business or personal visits. The spare room is bright and airy and has a small view of the Arabian Sea and breathtaking sunsets. Air conditioned and has facility of a working desk area. Wifi and TV also. Decor is very tasteful with contemporary Indian art on the walls. We have domestic staff and hence the bedroom and bathroom will be cleaned by them daily. Breakfast is included in the quoted rate. A little piece of heaven
We’re just back from wonderful a 9-night stay at this location. Pilloo and her husband Soli are wonderful hosts who made us feel at home immediately. They go to great lengths to ensure your stay is comfortable and that you lack nothing. There were nine delicious breakfasts with a variety of offerings. The room + ensuite, and their entire home is immaculate and tasteful decorated. The location is central to South Mumbai and you can get around easily with taxis available just around the corner.
Although we were in town for work, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the hosts--they’re delightful, funny, and generous and we look forward to reconnecting with them soon. Be sure to take their advice to try out the many restaurants around South Mumbai, we were happy we did. The hosts can arrange airport pickup and also assist with booking a car plus driver for your stay. We give this venue a 5-star rating with no hesitation!
