My family of five spent 7 nights at Kulraya Villas in Koh Lanta in December 2021. We all absolutely loved it and easily could have stayed longer! The villa itself was beautifully designed, very clean and very comfortable. Ian and Luk were so communicative, thoughtful and helpful. They provided a delicious breakfast each morning outside by the pool. They also arranged mopeds and a private boat trip for us that was fantastic. For those that don't want to drive mopeds, we had easy access to taxis which we took to and from dinner each night. I highly recommend staying on Koh Lanta and at the Kulraya Villas!

Firstly this is a really belated review, apologies. Please check out the other accommodation options on Koh Lanta, but then book this as you will love it. Without a doubt you could pick with confidence this Villa for your holiday and I am sure you will want to book it for a second time- just like we did. The owners Luk and Ian along with their staff are fantastic and take great care of their guests, nothing is to much trouble or has been left to chance. If you find yourself in need you only have to use the mobile phone provided, it really is that easy. This is a great quality product you will certainly enjoy, in an unbelievable location, truly amazing. If offers relaxation and peace in a secure safe location for you and your family. The contemporary villa is set on a tropical hillside with commanding views all round. Just minutes of the main road and beach, which you can walk to if you're up for it in around 20 minutes or so. All the rooms are fresh and clean with fitted aircon units in all. The whole place feels light and airy with floor to ceiling glass which takes advantage of the views on offer. I promise you will not get tired of this feature day or night and it will stay in your memories forever. The open plan arrangement has a lovely dining table for six to enjoy a meal cooked by you or your hosts as they offer a very extensive menu which will be delivered straight to your plate by the Villa staff. Or if you prefer sit outside by the pool at the other table, so you can take in the fresh air. We spend hours in the infinity pool chillin and playing with the kids, great. Make sure you catch the sunset while their, absolutely magnificent. Thank you again to Luk and Ian for creating a piece of paradise that they are willing to share. We will be back!!

I am waiting for the day until I can return to this amazing place. It is so secluded that the driver we booked on arrival struggled to find it. After going through a private road we arrived at the site and were greeted by Ian and Luk who have built their paradise in the wild: A small lodge at the entrance of the road with two twin villas next to it on a small hill. We lived in the middle of the 3 buildings and enjoyed great views, good weather and absolute privacy. The villa was sparkly clean, very luxurious and well equipped with even a BBQ which we made use of. Luk helped us always, so there was nothing more we could have wished for.

Based on the reviews, we expected a great experience, and everything about the Villa exceeded our expectations. The location, facility, and services from the houseman and his wife, were simply perfect. Not to mention, the gracious owners, Ian and Luk. Luk was our "fixer" for everything we wanted. Both her and Ian were very friendly and did everything they could to maximize our enjoyment of their place, and the island. If you are thinking of visiting Koh Lanta, look no further.

These villas were absolutely spectacular, with infinity pools overlooking the water. Luk and Ian were very helpful with all of our requests and needs in addition to the rest of the staff. If you are staying in Koh Lanta you must stay here!!

We spent New Year's Eve at Kulraya villas. We rented one of Ian and Luk's villas, with friends, for a week. I already wrote a review the first time we were there and we still feel the same about the place : Perfection. The villa, the pool, the view, the food, the staff, the location etc etc were exceptional and of course so were Ian and Luk who are always welcoming, friendly and prepared to help with anything! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!! We will be back ! :)

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire avec nos enfants dans cette sublime villa. Très grande piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer Andaman, intérieur magnifique soigné et décoré avec goût. La villa est très intimiste, au calme, aucun vis à vis. Services de qualités avec Luk, Ian et leur équipe toujours prêt à satisfaire les besoins. Petit déjeuné de qualité. Prevoir scooter ou voiture de location pour se balader. Je recommande vivement cette villa

We have stayed at one of the villas for about a week! The villa is located 3 min away from the Main Street! A perfect view over the sea, you can even Swe Phi Phi island from the pool! ... THE infinity pool is just amazing, it is hard to leave it, perferct to swim lengths or just play around with kids! The house itself has a high western standard, perfect for two couples or a family! All rooms have aircondition. You can even Play your own sound on the Pool ... The host and their service where helpful and friendly and anytime, a service like in a five star hotel ... so you can enjoy the sun, the pool or a ride on the motorbikes which are easy to rent ... even taxi service or diving trips will be organized ... if you want to have an unforgettable luxury holiday on Koh Lanta with a Perfect Sunset view and you prefer privacy over crowds of hotels, there is only one place to be ... @kulraya Villas We will be back ASAP! ;) Thanks Luk&Ian & Team

Four of us ladies stayed here for 10 nights over the Christmas and New Year. The Villa is amazing. We have stayed in a few villas in our time and this was by far the best. We felt like film stars ! We cannot fault it. It was spacious and clean inside and out. Towels changed daily and bedding every 3rd day. The pool was clean and the views were amazing. Ian & Luk who owned the villa were available all the time to answer any questions. They organised 3 boat trips for us (recommend Koh Rok )and we were picked up and dropped off at the door. Nothing was too much trouble. We put our orders in for breakfast the previous evening and stated what time we would like it and it was brought to us by Joke and Anne on the dot who looked after us well (it was like having your own butler ). We also ordered food in 3 nights of our stay which was organised again by Luk from a local restaurant and it was delicious (try the Massaman curry and the Pizzas were good too). Luk also gave us a bottle of champagne to have on Christmas Day. What was also great was that they gave you a mobile phone with their numbers in and a taxi number. We took the phone with us everywhere we went. Was very useful to call in our orders for breakfast if we were going to be late back. Would love to come back one day.

Stunning setting looking out to sea. Fabulous sunsets to be enjoyed from the infinity pool. All the amenities were exactly as described and high quality. Ian and Luk were very helpful and organised car hire and for a meal to be delivered from a local restaurant. Breakfast could be ordered and was delicious. There was a mobile phone so that you could contact the owners and order a taxi to the beach or restaurants. We only had three nights, wish we could have stayed longer!
