This apartment is over the bridge and up the hill from the delightful medieval city of Trogir. The hosts were welcoming and the apartment had terraces or balconies on three sides with views over the Adriatic. The main balcony faced the sunset. The walk to and from Trogir is short but very steep. We are a family with two adults and two older children (10 and 13). This was perfect for us. The terraces surrounding the flat are full of blooming trees, lots of birds, and even a few tortoises. The kitchen is small but functional. I wouldn't try to prepare a full meal, but it was fine for breakfast and simple dinners. Driving to this apartment can be an adventure since the roads are steep and narrow. Traffic is also sometimes backed up in Trogir. Add some extra time to your journey during the busy morning and late-afternoon times.

Wanted to stay longer! Location is up at the hills but we'll worth the reward of the views and peaceful area to stay in.Friendly and helpfull host,great view, big terrace,great kitchen amenities.

Although the postal adress to this property is "Trogir" it is not in the town of Trogir. It is situated on the island of Ciovo. To access the property from Trogir you have to climb steep hills - suitable for younger people and families but a little too taxing for middle aged guests. A plus is that the beaches of Ciovo are in walking distance although there are no pavements. The kitchen in the apartment is very small and catering for 6 people here would not be easy.

Well & comfortably furnished two bedroom apartment with great service. Rozarija, English speaking Tom & Katarina were always welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a small private citrus 'orchard'. The grapefruits were lovely. Trogir Old Town has lots of restaurants however there is good open market and fish/meat market if you prefer to cook in the relatively well equiped kitchen in the apartment. Plenty parking space. Relatively easy access to major roads and motorway to head both north or south Croatia. As a marvelous treat we had the use of a massage arm chair with full back, shoulder and head massage. Highly recommended apartment. We hope to return next year.

We have had a wonderful time at the second floor apartment, with a wonderful sea view. Apartment is very spacious and provides all we needed for our 10 day stay in Croatia. We have stayed with two small children who loved the space and felt very happy there. Hosts were excellent, very warm and helpful. The Villa is located on a hill with good views from its three balconies. One of the bedrooms is on-suite. The shower in the other bathroom is very small, and a bit awkward to use, The standard of furnishing is good if a little old fashioned. I stayed with my partner and two 16 year old daughters, when the wfii was on it was quick but it could be a little hit and miss. The walk to Trogir is about 10 minutes, it is a more challenging journey on the way back as it is all uphill. The beach is a five minute walk away. The Villa is a little difficult to find, and the road up to it is very steep - 1st gear only at the end. The highlight was breakfast on the terrace and an evening glass of wine on the front balcony. I also enjoyed walking into Trogir for the family evening meal, but my two daughters did not enjoy the walk back. There is a shared bbq area, which I did not use......I didn't experience any noise at night from neighbouring Villa. The majority of holidaymakers around seemed to be Croatian or German families. Overall I enjoyed my stay, little things like a welcome pack, coffee, tea, milk etc would have been appreciated as we arrived a little late in the evening.

Hanno cambiato il numero civico e trovarlo è stato un problema, per il resto ottima accoglienza , eravamo in 6 amici motociclisti , appartamento con 2 camere doppie e in soggiorno un letto doppio. 2 bagni .... tutto ok .. prezzo ottimo e abbiamo avuto anche una buona colazione ..

Ask Katarina about the short cut to Trogir town centre - once you know where it is, it is literally 10 minutes away from the apartment. Beware of dodgy taxi drivers at the Split Airport. We had a very bad experience and it's probably best to ask Katarina to arrange a taxi pick-up from the airport for you. Katarina is lovely and extremely helpful.

Owners are friendly and available. Picks of the site match with reality. Location smart and quite. Unfortunately there were 1 wc only, no way to lock the door of the bathroom. - We were 2 couples. For 3 nights only it would be possible manage the matter. I can suggest this location to a family only, nor a group of friends .

We stayed in Villa Roza (app.2) apartment in September. 2012, - the apartment is extremely clean, light and spacious with modern furniture...and very reasonably priced it's in the great location of Trogir - the house is located a bit highly, but has great sea view. We can't praise our hosts, Katarina and Tom, more highly - they were amazing - even took us to the airport for our flight out of Trogir- This apartment has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in during our travels this year - we highly recommend it - thank you to Katarina and Tom for making our stay in Trogir such a memorable, uncomplicated and pleasurable one!
