Fantastisch!
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen ! Super sauber , ausgestattet mit Allem was man benötigt ! Sehr , sehr freundliche Vermieterin ! Alle Abläufe tadellos ! Immer erreichbar ! Bettwäsche , Handtücher alles reichlich vorhanden ! Jede Anfrage wird sofort beantwortet !Der Blick- direkt auf's Meer !!Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!👍😊

Fantastic stay
This is a great apartment! Just a few minutes walk from Old Town but far enough away that it’s not so noisy. Unfortunately we didn’t meet Jelena, but she was very responsive to my messages and left a wonderful bottle of wine for us as a gift. Mia, the person from the management agency who checked us in, was very accommodating, even though we didn’t arrive until 9:30 p.m. due to delayed flights. We hope to return soon and stay here again.

Very very nice apartment
Highly recommended. Very nice appartment for two persons. Great view over the harbour, just by the old town. Clean, well equipped, very helpful and nice owner, all just as it is described and shown or better. If we go back to Rovinj we will absolutely rent this appartment again. Do not miss to go also in the other direction,opposite to oldtown and to the harbour in the morning when the fishingboats arrive, very nice surroundings.

Schönes Appartement in sehr guter Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Im Appartement ist für alles gesorgt, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und der Service bei der Übergabe des Appartements war freundlich und zuvor kommend. Sogar für den Parkplatz war gesorgt. Wenn wir Rovinj wieder besuchen, werden wir sicherlich wieder bei Jelena buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wonderful apartment with perfect location
The apartment was clean and well furnished. Great view of the harbor and easy access. Parking is close by and owner was helpful with arranging a ticket to park. There are several close markets, and a lot of restaurants close by for those who do not want to cook. We just cooked breakfast and packed our lunches. It was also our base for a day trip to Pula. Bathroom is a little tight but workable.

Exceptional support from the owner.
The apartment was very well equipped with clear instructions on how to use everything. The location was great; in a quite location with a nice view of the sea and only minutes walk from everything. We were met by Benjamin who gave us lots of information on the area. The owner Jelena was exceptional in her help and support. At the end of the holiday my wife took ill and Jelena took her to the Tourist Hospital in her car and picked us up again after the appointment to bring us back to the apartment. She kept in contact to ask if my wife was OK. She did so much more than would be expected. Thank you again Jelena.

Perfect apartment perfect view.
The location of the apartment is amazing, from the living room window with its Juliet balcony you have a fantastic view of the port. The apartment itself is spacious, with a good sized living room /dining room/kitchen. There's a nice bedroom which we found to be very quiet we were not disturbed at all by street noise. The shower room is good too. You can reach the old town centre in a matter of minutes, there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, but the most outstanding thing is Rovinj itself it is absolutely beautiful. Jelena the owner is very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely apartment again.

Great location and really helpful
A great place to stay to visit lovely Rovinj. Just five minutes walk to great restaurants and the old town. Jelena was really helpful advising on restaurants and sorted out car parking for us for the week. Great place.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location!
We had a wonderful winter weekend break in this gorgeous apartment. Absolutely fantastic apartment, beautiful views, lovely, clean, well equipped and comfortable! The location is amazing! Very conveniently located for most things but particularly if you arrive or depart on the Venezia lines ferry to Venice. All in all, a wonderful experience in every aspect - highly recommended.

Se sei a Rovigno, non hai bisogno di una macchina. L'appartamento si trova nel bellissimo centro storico di Rovigno, che è animato da piccoli negozi, ristoranti, caffè, gallerie, l'appartamento è a pochi passi dai numerosi monumenti storici e manifestazioni interessanti che si svolgono lì.

The apartment is located in the old town of Rovinj, on the address - Pećine 8, 1st floor. It is very easy to find on the plan of Rovinj. Orienting points are 50 meters from the Aquarium Rovinj and the State Tax Building. The boat from Venice docks right below the apartment, it's about 6 minutes long walk. The bus station is also very close to the apartment, a pleasant walk through the very center of old Rovinj is all it takes - about half a kilometer away, maybe less.
