Great Condo
Great location, very close to the train with all the amenities like 2 pools, a gym and a minimart.
A little noisy being right beside the tracks but not bad and they don't run at night
Overall a very good rental and would stay again next time in K.L.

Spacious, neat and tidy, great view and location
Pros:The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy and service was fantastic, niaz and Imram were great and were continuously in contact with me , organising a late check in due to our flight delay and nothing was a problem for them.
View of city and twin towers is awesome, great location.
Cons: Apartment block is next to MRT train line,apt windows are not double glassed so expect to hear the rumble of trains commencing at 6am!
Ensuite is very luxurious but could do with a shower door or curtain to prevent water flooding the ensuite.
Apart from these 2 minor items we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to anyone .

Excellent service, Nice stay! will recommend to friends
Niaz is a good owner that provide useful info to me before the stay.
The house is clean, have complete set of crockery available in the house.
The infinity pool was the awesome place to enjoy!
Property manager for Niaz are also friendly.
Definitely will visit again!

Clean & Tidy
We celebrated Hens Party in this place and its wonderful. The apartment is very clean, tidy and equipped with all the utensils.. The safety is also very tight.. I would really recommend this place for family and friends.. The swimming pool is another plus point.. I might go back to this place soon..

Great place
Location is good and won't confuse even when driving its very easy to find and go to the building.
Comfortable and clean. My group really like it. Good place.
However,when morning there's this noise coming from the LRT but that didn't bother me so it's a OK for me.

Helpful host. Reasonable location, minimal/inadequately equipped for No of guests booked.Good view towers & sewage works
Helpful host and Local staff. Bright and spacious flat, but lacked some basics, and pest control which host promised To tend to after we left. So hope next guests will have benefit. Complex was secure. We used both pools in complex, sadly the hygiene of infinity pool was so poor we renamed it the dna pool. Train services great and use of taxis are essential as walking in area, is not feasible.

Good value, great view
Clean, modern apartment on the 9th floor with a balcony. Close to the train station. 5 minute walk to the shopping centre with a food court. The view from the balcony which is on the NON-Sunny side for the afternoon is awesome, especially at night looking over the city lights. The rooftop infinity pool is just as nice for the view. Good value for money, worth a look.

Mooi en heel modern apartement
Mooi en ruim appartement (9 de verdieping) met alle nodige keukengerei ( indien nodig) 1 Grote slaapkamer met aansluitend badkamer. Nog een kleinere maar ruime kamer en nog een aparte badkamer. Ruime living met TV ( alleen lokale zenders) airco in alle kamers een wasplaats me 2 wasmachines en ook nog een aparte wc. En een mooi balkon met het uitzicht recht op de Petronas twin towers. Bij aankomst was het appartement heel proper. Voor het dagelijkse huishouden moet je zelf voor zorgen. Ook was er gratis wifi Een klein minpuntje is dat het vlak aan een druk spoorweglijn is gelegen maar eigenlijk heeft dat ons heel weinig gestoord. Maar van de andere kant is het gemakkelijk want het station is vlakbij en je kunt je gemakkelijk verplaatsen door heel de stad. Er is een kleine winkel voor dagelijks gebruik op de 4 de verdieping en ook een fitnes center vlak naast de winkel. Op het 5 de verdiep is een zwembad met speelruimte voor kinderen. Ook op het 36 ste verdiep is een mooi zwembad met een bar en een restaurant
Kort gezegd dit is een goed appartement met alles erop en er aan. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden voor kort of lang termijn

Adequate for our needs
Well located and very handy for the train and Putra Sunway Shopping Mall. Lovely view of the city and towers from the balcony. The unit is spacious and the air con worked well in both bedrooms although it struggled in the living area. Security was good and both pools very welcome at the end of a very hot day of sightseeing. Only downside for us was that we felt that the linen and kitchen equipment badly needed upgrading. It is only a 20 ring get taxi ride to city centre but it is cheaper and more convenient to use Uber or Grab. The shop only stocks the basics but there is a good supermarket next door at Putra Shopping Mall on the lower floor.

A pleasant stay
The room is spacious and clean, host was very helpful, cooking utensils function well, and most importantly, the wifi works extraordinarily fast. Will definitely come back again sometimes.
