THis is a big apartment in Flic en Flac area, just cross the street and you are on the beach.
Very close to restaurants and super market.
The apartment is very well equipped , so you can cook your own meals.
The service is very good and you can get assistance when you need it even booking attractions.

Great place to stay in Flic en Flac
If you like to be "at your place" instead of "just in a hotel" , this is your place to go. Just 1 Minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping in walking distance - we didn't need a car and had a very cozy stay. Thanks Anji and Kevin.

Amazing owners !
Very convenient for the beach and the town. Everything you need is provided. The best thing about the stay were Anjy and Kevin the owners. They could not do enough to help and Anjy was always on hand to answer questions, provide local information and even make restaurant reservations for us. Absolutely amazing service !

Not been refreshed in years
The apartment is a convenient distance from the beach and has amenities such as tv, air con, washing machine and kitchenware.
However, it is not in the best state, with lights not working and looking pretty used and dated in general. Certainly needs a refurbish. There are other apartments in the vicinity which include swimming pool and security for similar prices.
The owner was fairly responsive during check in and before check out but otherwise was a bit unpredictable with response times varying.

Thanks for the review, I am not sure who you are however I am assuming you have stayed with us. Hmmm I do not recall anyone telling me which light is not working because we normally would action asap if this is the case and we are being informed. If not being informed then it is a bit difficult to know. We have brought some changes beginning of September and intend to do some refurb eventually but this will take a bit of time.Regarding being responsive, we normally are very responsive if the guest is contacting us. However it is true that having been away for 3 weeks in August, I personally had limited access to wifi and internet maybe that is why you did not get a great response. I hope this helps. Thanks

Goed appartement
Wij verbleven 1 week met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de 2e verdieping , hier een mooi ruim app. Met aparte slaapkamer met airco en 2 persoons bed. WiFi , kluisje , wasmachine enz. Alles is aanwezig. Was keurig schoon en voldoende handdoeken aanwezig.
Kevin komt geregeld even langs en regelt een hoop , Anjy is gastvrij en staat altijd voor je klaar , een bezige bij .
Wij raden een verblijf zeker aan , verhouding prijs kwaliteit is prima.
Kleine supermarkt in de buurt en een heel goed restaurant , Zub expres.
Strand mooi en heel dichtbij.

Perfect place!
It was situated perfectly. Not in the center, but close enough to walk to the Supermarket, closest restaurants a couple of minutes away. More than ample space in the apartment and facilities in apartment good too. Very calm and quiet area. To the beach you walked a mere three minutes. Value vs. Cost was very good.
Despite a small hiccup with previous guests who had to stay longer, situation was solved to our satisfaction.
Only thing we missed out on was a safety box, which wasn't installed yet. It was scheduled to be done after we left. And we were offered to have it done during our stay, but we declined it.
Very nice and friendly owner and we got all the support we could ask for.
In all, we recommend it very much. We had an amazing holiday!

Great location, excellent value, perfect for family vacations!”
Considerate, thoughtful and very friendly hosts - we felt like we were staying a friend's house rather than a rented property! Venisha was in contact through WhatsApp after we made the booking and arranged for our airport transfer. As we arrived very early, they let us have the apartment in the morning itself.
The airport transfer was comfortable and competitively priced. Our driver Pritam was very friendly and polite like everybody in Mauritius!
Kevin greeted us on arrival and visited us regularly to check if everything was okay and brought us fresh fruit and even homemade samoussas (made by Venisha) which the kids really loved.
The apartment is very well stocked. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster and more than enough pots and pans, glassware, plates. They very kindly provided us a welcoming pack with coffee, tea and mango juice! There is a washing machine and washing soap and sufficient sanitary supplies so you really don't need to buy anything.
There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms but had excellent weather and didn't use it during our stay. There are fans in the living/dining area.
Quiet residential location a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful and quiet side of Flic en Flac beach. A supermarket (Spar), several restaurants and beach kiosks selling tasty and good food within walking distance.

Confort e comodità
Appartamento in ottime condizioni. Pulito. Cucina rifornita di utensili. Camere con aria condizionata e spaziose. Lavatrice ben funzionate. Ampia sala comune, perfetta per il relax serale. Terrazzo spazioso. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e a 15 min dal supermercato. Numerosi ristoranti vicini.
