The location and room was great. Unfortunately under construction part of the time, had no hot water 4 days while I was there. There for 15 days, staff were great close to laundry place 1.50 per kilo. Internet there was extremely slow lost connection a lot but that is the norm on the island. If you book as a couple I recommend room 10,as family room 11. Great view of town and harbor as well as other islands from the balcony. At night they close the street across from motel for eating at numerous vendors and you can get a great meal for 10 bucks

Buena ubicación
Es un edificio para subir muchas gradas, la atención no es del todo grata, y las habitaciones pequeña, la tele caso no se ve y el baño se me salis agua de quién sabe que lado

Beware
The accommodations are not bad and the location is good. But make sure you have all your proof of booking and any payments you have made.
We arrived ( group of 9) and the 2 soppy clerks who were too busy watching soccer to actually do their job told us we did not have a reservation. We pulled out the email and showed him our booking and our conversation with the owner on confirmation of dates etc. Nope not in their system! We had to ask them to call The owner and they eventually did and then came back and told us in English ( they had said they did not speak any English) that the owner “did not recall us). So Inthen pulled up the booking on trip advisor and showed that the booking had been paid in full. They took their usual pictures with their phones and called the owner and told her we had proof of payment. ( I understand some Spanish but had not told them that).
Suddenly the owner Recalled us and they found the booking.
Bit of a scam?
So anyway we got our rooms. No hot water in the showers ever!
Lock your doors at all times.
We had teenage girls with us and late one night one of the front desk guys tried to lure one upstairs on a ruse about a leak. Then tried to make advances on her. She is 13! I challenged him and threatened to call the police.
I let the owner know but did not get a response.
Not our best experience on our trip

Excellent location, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, not fancy place but pretty good, breakfast it was good too.
Across the street is the famous kiosks where you can eat food at very affordable price. The location to me is the most PLUS on this property.
