Einfacher, aber wunderbarer Zufluchtsort f. Ruhe und Erholung! So authentisch wie sein Besitzer. Mali Losinj ist in jeder Hinsicht eine Klasse für sich!!! Dankeschön.

L'appartement a un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les équipements ne sont pas récents mais fonctionnels. L'appartement dispose d'une petite terrasse, d'un salon, d'une cuisine, d'une salle d'eau et, en mezzanine, d'une chambre et d'un tout petit coin nuit supplémentaire. La terrasse permet de manger dehors et de voir le petit port sans être vu (beau palmier). L'appartement est très calme car il est totalement indépendant. Son principal avantage est sa localisation: Sur un tout petit port de pêche et de tourisme très mignon avec plusieurs restaurants et cafés. A cinquante mètres il y a un point de baignade aménagé simplement (super agréable pour les bains du matin et du soir). Un chemin côtier passe juste à coté. La ville avec son grand port, ses commerces ... est à 500 mètres.

Direkt am ruhigen kleinen Fischerhafen gelegen, mit eigenem Parkplatz für Auto und Bootstrailer, direkt der Slipstelle gegenüber gelegen! Im Hafen Liegeplatz für kleines Boot. Dazu zwei Restaurants, Supermarkt in etwa 500m Entfernung; Haus ideal für zwei Personen zuzüglich kleinem Zimmer mit Doppelbett;

Location très bien avec tout le confort qui donne direct sur petit port. Taverne et café très sympa juste à côté . De quoi se baigner à 10m... à refaire....

We had the best time here in Sveti Martin! We loved the little house where we could open up the double doors and have our breakfast and dinner outside. The kitchen was sufficient for light meals and the bathroom was modern with a large shower. Very comfortable! You have two excellent choices for dinner at the nearby restaurants in the small harbour where the house is located and great coffee and drinks across the harbour - with wifi connection! Even though we were there in August, we did not feel that it is was over crowded. However, you will have quite a few friendly people walking by to get to the beach and the restaurant and going to and from the beach and getting their boats out. We loved the area and the house - and might just come back next year! :-)

The cosy apartment is located at a small harbor and the beach for swimming is directly around the corner. Although we have been there in August it was never crowed at the beach side and if you walk a bit further along the sea there were many nice places to relax and to enjoy the sea. For us it was one of the nicest areas in Mali Losnji to stay. There is a very good and cheap restaurant near to the house directly at the sea and a nice bar on the other side of the harbor. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable and had nice and warm evenings on the terrace in front of the house watching the sea and boats coming in and out. Our host was very kind and friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Top Ferienhaus. Klein aber fein Superlage. Komplett eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden und funktioniert. Besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen Wir kommen wieder!

What a lovely little place to stay! Not a flashy or particularly touristy part of Meli Losinj but the location was superb, in a quiet part of town but with plenty going on all around you - boat mending, painting, fishing boats coming and going, a real "working port". Good swimming off the rocks just around the corner, a good restaurant a few metres along the quay, and a local bar across the harbour. Walks around the coast from your doorstep in either direction. The little house had everything that we wanted - comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen.

ho soggiornato con amiche l ultima settimana di agosto, la casa non è molto grande ma c è tutto quello che occorre, la camera nel soppalco è spaziosa, quella piccola con i letti a castello ha una piccola finestra che si apre in un vicolo attiguo alla casa.Completamente ristrutturata ,in origine era un deposito di reti e materiale per la pesca, il papà del proprietario Vili è stato negli anni passati un campione di pesca subacquea e la dimostrazione sono le numerose foto appese che lo ritraggono con i suoi trofei Queste avventure ve le racconterà direttamente lui quando insieme alla gentilissima signora Antonia verrà a farvi visita assicurandosi che il vostro soggiorno sia gradevole. Il piccolo giardinetto è super godibile per cenare all aperto .Potete anche dimenticare l auto in quanto il centro del paese dista 10 minuti a piedi e se avete voglia di un tuffo prima di colazione il mare è davanti a voi..L unico inconveniente è che non c è il wifi ma potete ovviare andandovi a sedere sul molo di fronte a voi e cercare di collegarvi con i wifi della zona, chiedere direttamente a Vili come fare. A noi è piaciuta molto e la consiglio vivamente.
