We stayed several times in this apartment which is very nice, but last time was a nightmare. One day before check in owner let us know apartment in not available but he would give us a penthouse for free first night and then another apartment in JBR +200 € . But what we really get was a slum old apartment ( you can't even call it a penthouse).The second apartment was dirty and full of mold on the walls , with a terrible smell inside ( if somebody want to see those picture I would be glad to send it. He did refund the 200 € . I've tried to get a partial refund from Paypal but i was denied because " if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described" .

Great apartment good location!
We stayed for 7 nights a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment was well suited for us and close to all shops, restuarants and tourist attractions ... I would recommend this place to friends and family a very pleasant and comfortable apartment with a helpful owner!

Great value for money and excellent location!
We were four adults and 1 child that stayed in the apartment and it worked great! Th balcony had an amazing view and the apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. The location was excellent with short walking distance to the marina and the beach. Extra plus for the recommendation we got from the agent about the app "entertaiment" was very helpful and uprichiated. Over all we were very saticfied and can highly recommend the apartment!

Fantastic appartment with lovely view
We stayed in this apartment for 1 week and were very impressed. The apartment had everything that we needed, was clean and with good views. It is really close to the beach, transport, supermarket, marina and mall. We have had a really fab holiday. Thank you

LOCATION ECCEZIONALE in DUBAI MARINA
Vacanza eccezionale in DUBAI MARINA.
Appartamento situato al 30° piano del famoso grattacielo "Ocean Eights", che comprende comfort di ogni tipo, dalla piscina con vista mare, sauna vasca idromassaggio, ping-pong, biliardo e bigliardino. E' inoltre a disposizione degli ospiti un'ampia palestra con molte attrezzature efficientissime.
L'appartamento e' molto ampio con cucina dotata di 4 fornelli, forno e forno a microonde, frigorifero molto spazioso, lavatrice. Ci sono 5 posti letto, con ampia sala pranzo, due tv con canali satellitari italiani e stranieri, due bagni di cui quello piu' grande con vasca idromassaggio. Che dire posto magnifico e location da sceicchi.
Gia' consigliato ai miei amici.

Fantastico
Location ideale per visitare Dubai. A poche centinaia di metri dalla passeggiata di Marina.
Basta attraversare la strada e trovarsi su una bellissima spiaggia. Appartamento molto curato ed accessoriato.
Appartamento silenzioso. Delizioso terrazzino. Molto pulito e ben manutenuto.
Proprietario attento alle richieste degli ospiti e sempre disponibile. All'ingresso del resort é facile prendere un taxi; la fermata del tram si trova a pochi metri e permette di raggiungere in sole due fermate la linea rossa metro. Molto consigliato. Ottima comunicazione.

Ocean Heights review appartment 3004
Good location was really appreciated by our family. Easy acces to tram and metro network 50m from main entrance. We are a family of 5 and the appartment was perfect size. Kids shared the living room and adults had own bedroom. Morning sun was available to the balcony before noon.
There is a good grocery store just across the street, that was really handy. Good kitchen enabled us to cook own meals if wanted.
The pool was well heated and not too crowded. There's also a warm jacuzzi and sauna by the spa area that we used. Sun is shining to the pool area after 2pm.
Only thing missing from the appartment was a cozy sofa, but we used the beds in the living room:)
JBR public beach is within a walking distance, but would recommend a taxi (2-3€). Barasti beach is close, but kids were not allowed (they serve alcohol there)
Overal experience was great and would recommend this to others. Easy fast contact by the owner and the local agent.

Friendly and sunny place
The location is great. Tram and taxi always available. Closed to the beach
and the supermarket. Pool and Gym are pefect.
