Appartement très spacieux, et bien équipé.
Très belle vue du balcon, avec à droite la vieille ville et ses clochers (qui sonnent tous les matins à 7h) et à gauche la mer (et son magnifique coucher de soleil)!
Appartement très propre. Tout ce dont nous avons besoin à proximité.
Christina et Ivica sont très gentils et envoient régulièrement des conseils afin que notre séjour se passent au mieux.
Vous êtes accueillis par le voisin du dessous qui parle anglais. L'appartement est au dernier étage et est très calme.
Attention le parking au pied de l'immeuble est un peu cher car il est en zone 2 (10kn/h soit 1.5euros) payant du lundi au dimanche de 8h à 22h. Et c'est le prix pour tous les parkings aux alentours.
Si vous n'avez pas peur de marcher entre 7 et 10minutes vous pouvez mettre votre voiture sur un parking gratuit derrière les remparts (Parking ravnice 2)- il y en a un un peu plus proche à peine 100m qui est à 2kn/h si jamais vous n'avez pas de place sur le gratuit car il est très prisé.

Great town centre position
This flat was great for our 4-day stay. It had everything we needed plus a great View!
It was clean and tidy too. We should advise though that it is on the 4th floor of the block with no lift but has 20 steps per floor. Great if you want to get fit.
Zadar is a lovely place and although our hosts were out of town they did keep in touch with us.

Family friendly apartment in the heart of Zadar with a spectacular balcony
Zadar is a charming place to visit whether you want to be near the ocean, see history or simply relax and enjoy good food.
The apartment is perfectly situated in heart of Zadar, right next to the city square. The views from the balcony are stunning, particularly the sunsets. We had the joy of watching a classical concert one evening and they were front row seats.
Kristina and Ivica are superb hosts. They provided us with all the information that we needed before our stay and were available for the handful of questions that we had. The apartment is nicely furnished and colorfully renovated.
We hope to return to Zadar and would gladly stay here again!

Potenzialmente eccellente. Molte cose da rivedere
Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento dal 31 luglio al 4 agosto.
Quando siamo arrivati ci ha accolto una signora, immagino amica dei proprietari, molto cordiale e abbastanza disponibile. Anche i proprietari, non in loco, si sono dimostrati molto disponibili.
L'appartamento si trova in un edificio fatiscente. L'appartamento è arredato con attenzione, ottimamente fornito e il panorama è impagabile. Si trova in posizione centrale e sufficientemente in alto da non essere disturbati dai rumori della strada. Parcheggio comodo a pagamento.
Abbiamo riscontrato due problemi:
1. Molta polvere ovunque, gli elettrodomestici sporchi e il terrazzo veramente sporco (dopo aver portato su le valigie per quattro piani ci siamo dedicati alla pulizia, non è il massimo).
2. Nel terrazzo c'era un nido di vespe piuttosto affollato, tant'è che è risultato impossibile pranzare o cenare ammirando il panorama (abbiamo provato a colazione, ma niente, le vespe erano attirate dal cibo). Il problema non è stato risolto prima della nostra partenza, anche se il proprietario si è reso disponibile ad aiutarci.
Trovo assurdo venga affittato un appartamento con un nido di vespe nel terrazzo che di sicuro non si era formato qualche giorno prima vista la quantità di vespe che svolazzavano allegramente. Questo tipo di problema andava risolto prima del nostro arrivo. Non serve essere degli abili osservatori per accorgersi della presenza di vespe: bastava uscire in terrazzo...

Great apartment & great location
We stayed here for a week in August - it was exactly as advertised - and in such a great location. The balcony was ideal - up far enough from the street and with the perfect view of the sea, the city and the sunset.
I'd highly recommend it! Kristina and Ivica were very helpful too.

Great Find
This apartment is in an excellent position in the Old Town and everything is within walking distance. It is very spacious and well equipped which makes for a comfortable environment. The sun does not reach the front balcony, which has fabulous views, until later in the afternoon but back terrace is nice an sunny in the mornings although the view this side leaves a lot to be desired. Although we did not meet the hosts we kept in touch by text and email and they were very attentive. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a large old residential block well in need of repair and refurbishment so the spotless and well maintained apartment feels rather like an oasis.

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating and the apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Probably the best place there is to stay in Zadar!
Sunset Delight is a fabulous apartment for a solo guest or for a couple or young family. It has everything you could want for a great self-catering experience. Everything in Zadar is just outside the balcony, which has the best possible view. The sunsets are indeed delightful! The owners Kristina and Ivica are most helpful and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Zadar.

L'appartement Sunset Delight a fait de notre séjour à Zadar une vraie réussite. Il est en effet très bien équipé et très propre. De plus, il correspond parfaitement aux photos présentes dans l'annonce. Son plus gros avantage est sans aucun doute la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sur la place principale de la vieille ville. Il est en effet très agréable d'y manger car la vue y est imprenable. L'appartement est également idéalement situé (à proximité de la mer, du centre ville et de l'arrêt de bus) et ses propriétaires sont très sympatiques et accessibles. Nous reviendrons donc dans cet appartement sans hésiter si nous revenons un jour à Zadar.
