The house is very clean, modern and functional. The air conditioning is very convenient. The thing we appreciated the most was the patio and the big barbecue. The location is also perfect: very peaceful yet close to Pula. Zoran (Sara's father) and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. They took time to discuss with us and share some of their local products. Sara was also very nice and she was easy to contact to organise our stay. We loved our stay on Muntić and can only recommand it!

I can definitly recomend this place. The house is clean and in good condition. Zoran is a fantastic host and ha made every effort to make us feel at home. If you plan to stay in Juli/August you will appreciate the air condition and the terrace with the fire place. The place is quiet, safe and very well suited for small children. There is a tiny shop nearby but you'll definitely need a car/motorbike to get around.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso la casa di Zoran e famiglia e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, nuovo e pulitissimo.Le foto corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà. La casa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante. Il proprietario Zoran è una persona particolarmente educata e discreta,un profondo conoscitore della storia croata e di tutta la storia in generale, è un piacevole intrattenitore ed è molto disponibile a dare le informazioni necessarie per trascorrere una vacanza variegata. Inoltre, su richiesta, prepara delle succulenti grigliate che prepara nel rustico barbecue sotto il portico. Il mare, limpidissimo, dista a 20-30 minuti ca. La città di Pola a soli 10 minuti ca. E' un'esperienza che intendiamo ripetere.

Our stay in Pula was a true local experience! Zoran our host was very welcoming and took the time to have a drink with us and talk about life in Croatia. He presented us with a beautiful bottle of local Red wine to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Most memorable about our stay was purchasing fresh fish and preparing it in the outside grill in the back yard along with fresh vegetables from the local garden. Zoran provided all the seasonings required and gave us all the trimmings required for a lovely dinner. Pula vacation house is a little ways away from the town but worth the short commute.

Wat een heerlijk appartement. Het ligt op 10 minuten rijden van Pula, aan de kant van de grote supermarkten. Heel veel mooie strandjes waar je uit kunt kiezen in de buurt. Het huis zelf was koel en ruim, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Fijne douche, grote koelkast en airco. Ook de grill-plaats was super fijn, we hebben heel wat gestookt op het hout wat je er gratis bij krijgt. Bedankt Sara (en vader!).

Where can I start: we loved everything about the house. Contrary to other places, it was better than the pictures. The patio, garden with swing and the hospitality of Sara and her parents we have not experienced before. Sara waited for us when we arrived and made sure we found the house easily, she took her time to explain everything and her father Zoran then surprised us with the most delicious tomatoes from his veggie garden and 8 year old grappa. The house is great value for 3 stars (the best 3 star holiday house we stayed at in Croatia): it is is spotless, has everything you need, is perfect for children, in a quiet location but close enough to Pula (20 minutes) and the nearest beaches. Even the knives were sharp ;o) I would happily recommend it to anyone.

My family and I were looking for something away from the hustle of Pula, but wanted to stay somewhere close enough to town for all the conveniences and to see the sights of course. We also didn't want to drive too far to the beaches. We chose this vacation apartment home because it was in a quite location and there is a big yard for the kids to play and a large covered grill terrace/patio. What we experienced did not disappoint! The covered grill/patio had plenty of eating space was really perfect. We were a family of 4 with two small children (4 and 2 years old) and my husband's parents. There was plenty of room for all of us inside and out. We were greeted by the Tripadvisor contact/ower and she was very friendly and also full of loads of information about the surrounding area. Her english is also great, and we had no communication problems. She was extremely helpful with organizing information about sandy beaches, places to eat, things to do via email before we arrived and had google maps marked up with the various grocery shopping locations as well as the above mentioned places that she had sent via email. She also spent at least a half an hour showing us the apartment house and explained further how to get places once we arrived. Shortly after the owner left, her father, who lives next door, stopped in with a bottle of schnapps! He really made you feel welcome and also spoke English very well. They even gave us some vegetables from their garden to grill and some lettuce to make a fresh salad! The hospitality you will experience is really first class and they will take you in like family. We definitely will be coming back some day! There was one problem that occurred the first night of our stay, but was quickly resolved. The shower-head broke off and it was like finishing my shower in a fountain! I had to send the owner a text message at 22:30 at night to explain what happened. She said they would have someone over the next day to resolve it. We left early to head to the beach, but when we got back everything was fixed and we had no further problems. We were the very firsts guests to stay here and the vacation home is brand new, so It was really not a big deal that there were still a few bugs to work out. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but I would recommend bringing any of your favorite knives or specialty utensils that you use often to make chopping/slicing/peeling veggies/fish/meat a bit easier, but what they have will do. Also, as you can seen in the pictures, the outside flooring is all stone work and our kids had a few falls. You just have to be a bit careful with the little ones. The highlight of our trip was visiting Brijuni National Park. It is only about a 15-20 min drive to the ferry and is absolutely worth the visit. I would recommend spending the extra money to get an official tour of the island. It's a very fascinating place and we took an extra walk back after the train tour around the island to visit the Roman village located on one of the island's bays. It is really stunning to see these ancient ruins in person and in such a beautiful setting. I also would not miss the Pula Colosseum or Premantura peninsula. All in all it was a great experience at this vacation home in Muntic. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Absolut empfehlendswert!!!!!Meine Familie und ich würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten.Sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie...WOHLFÜHLGARANTIE!!!!!!!Mit KIndern ein muss!Sehr,sehr ruhig.Die Anbindung an Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit einem Auto ist optimal,nur 10 min Fahrt.Ich bin insgesamt sehr begeistert!
