We loved this place! Imagine being able to just walk out the front door and being a few steps away (2 min walk) from the Stradun. Actually, I am quite happy it is a little removed from the Main Street, simply to avoid the tourist crowds and noise. The apartment itself was fantastic. Clearly it has been updated with all the modern conveniences very recently. Also, it is very spacious and was extremely clean. The complementary breakfast down at Cafe Festival was absolutely delicious. Nothing but great things to say! Petrica and Damir were wonderful, very responsive hosts. We would love to come back and stay here again some day.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of the old town of Dubrovnik. The location is fantastic and the apartment is stylish and well equipped with everything you need.

Warmly recommended! A pretty, colourful, clean, well equipped, renovated modern flat in an old house. Good beds and pillows. The location is very peaceful, although inside the heart of the old town. The personnel were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was served in a beautiful cafe - restaurant on the main street of the old town just few minutes walk from the flat. It was worth taking the chargeable pick up from the airport, offered by the flat's owner: the driver was waiting for us and took us to the gate of the old town, where another person was waiting for us and took us to the apartment.

This is an immaculate apartment from which to explore - has everything you need - sparklingly clean and comfortable - excellent shower and bathroom / laundry facilities as well as fully equipped kitchenette - not that we used it much as loads of places within minutes to dine ! Breakfast included at Cafe Festival by very helpful and cheerful waiters who would help you out with anything. Although it’s across the town it only actually takes 2 minutes to get there and all down hill - on the way there.😉 I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone - there lots of steps around Dubrovnik but my older parents managed getting too and from Petra Apartments without any problems.

First of all, before (and during) the trip, i have been extremely well greeted by my host Ms Petrica who was always listening to my wishes (choice of calm atmosphere, desire for day trips) . Welcomed at Dubronvnik by Mr Damir (at Cafe Festival) who took to me to the flat and gave the keys. A very spacious duplex style flat with 2 rooms (each with AC and TV), a large comfy hall with fully equiped kitchen attached. Nice interior design. Obviously the centralized localisation close to the church making the visits very easy: the fort walls, old town monuments, many buses easily available to the central bus station and Lapad .... Breakfast included at Cafe festival every morning.

We stayed in Petra's apartment for two nights and it was great. The apartment is in great condition and is very comfortable. Petra, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating, we were able to store our luggage before check-in time. The location is also very convenient. Would definitely use it again.

Our apartment had two double rooms, 1 shared bathroom and basic/little cramped sit down area - All on the ground floor. Dine-in area & pantry in the basement (including a TV, sofa set & dining table, basic kitchen utensils) Pros: -Located centrally in old town. Walk for about 2 mins & you are at City Walls. -Breakfast (served at Cafe Festival restaurant) is amazing! Choose from 4 breakfast options - each comes with orange juice & a hot beverage. Staff at the cafe is warm & polite. Cons: -Daily housekeeping is not included -1 Bathroom shared between two double rooms -Bed linen wasn't very clean, had traces of hair all over. Towels looked overused

We were a big group tired travelers of which 6 of us stayed in this newly renovated Old Town apartment. Everything was top notch: location, cleanliness, decor, linens etc. We highly recommend this cosy apartment and want to thank Petrica and Damir who helped us in every possible way:)

While on a cycle trip in Croatia I wanted to stay an extra night in Dubrovnik. I chose Petra apartments. What an amazing experience. Demir, the manager, was more than helpful. Watched my bags since I was there early, personally escorted me to apartment, arranged my ride to airport the following day. He was fabulous. The apartment was darling, so clean and roomie, right inside the city walls. I wish I'd stayed longer. I highly recommend apartments Petra. You will not be disappointed.

The apartment was very nice and the owner was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
