The apartment is large and gorgeous. The location is fantastic and clean and it is near the city center, the stadium, and the beach. The host is wonderful, friendly, and polite. Definitely would recommend!

There is everything you need in the apartment. It was really clean. The balcony is great to enjoy summer evenings. Josip was extremely nice and helpful. Totally recommend.

Could not imagine better place, especially with this price. The appartment is really spacious, one large bedroom, the other a bit smaller, relaxing living room with a tv and a terrace, all clean and nice. The small room has a balcony. The owner is a great guy, speaks good English and is very responsive in case you write an e-mail or text.I absolutelly recommend it!

Apartment was really spacious and well equipped . It was brilliantly located 10 minutes walk into the centre of Split. We had a fantastic stay with our two sons (age 10 and 12). Highly recommended !

Conveniently situated near two supermarkets and just 15 minutes from Split. This meant we could dine out in the town and walk to Marjan Park and, or  Kastelet beach without needing a car. The apartment is very clean and has two spacious bedrooms and combined kitchen dining room. Great to have breakfast in the morning sunshine, outside balcony, shaded by a large awning. The WIFI access is excellent and much appreciated by my kids. We had a great holiday and would come again :)

My partner and I stayed here for a week and it was ideal. Meals on the balcony overlooking the football stadium were gorgeous, and the apartment is ideally situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Split and about 25 minutes from the wooded hill. The kitchen is well-equipped and the nearest supermarket is very close, so if you like self-catering, it's ideal. Josip provided an excellent service and introduction to the area, and the taxi servive to and from the airport was reasonably-priced and extremely convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

With its two spacious bedrooms, a bath and a half, large main room, awning-shaded terrace and fully equipped kitchen, this comfortable modern apartment makes a fine base for a family or two couples exploring the Dalmatian coast. The neighborhood is convenient yet far enough from the Old Town crowds to be quiet. Bus #17, a block away runs to the historic center and the green market; Bus #7 whisks you to the est of the beaches. And the host, Josip, has thought of everything to make his guests comfortable.

Apartment really clean and everything you needed. Host (Josip) very helpful without being obtrusive. Excellent location, walking distance to Marjin for great walks and beaches. Also only 15 minute walk to old town. Supermarkets 5 minute walk. Lovely balcony with plenty of space. Very safe and secure location, would recommend.

The location is amazing - you are nearby beach, all sights and many small cafes that give the city its charm. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is also stadium. Apartment is really beautiful, clean and have a big teracce. Also Josip is very nice host, because he even prepared cookies for our welcome. Absolutely, we will come in Split again, because it is very beautiful city and then we will definitely contact Josip again.
