Easyapartment is about a 10 minute walk to Split centre. The apartment is in a quiet alleyway and is located on the third floor and there are no lifts to the apartment so beware if you have heavy luggage. The apartment is very pleasant with all the amenities you need although there was no air conditioning in the main bedroom!! We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the sitting room where there was air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is very spacious. The owner has a lovely collection of books, some including the history of Split. There are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries near the apartment. Split is a fabulous place and you can go to Hvar on the ferry or catamaran. We had no problem purchasing tickets for the ferry to Hvar (inspite of other reviewers saying they had problems.). The tickets cost about £15 return per person by foot and takes about an hour to reach Hvar. The apartment is pleasant and good if you are on a budget.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. An ideal location for exploring Split old town, and the Diocletian's Palace. Bacvice beach was within easy walking distance, although we chose to visit the quieter Trstenik beach which was a slightly further walk, but also a beautiful blue flag beach. A day trip to the islands, and Krka National Park completed our visit, and were easy to arrange through one of the tour operators in the old town. It was busier than expected so if you're fortunate enough not to have to travel during school holidays, I imagine the area is charming out of season. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from with authentic Dalmation cuisine. Correspondence with the owner was faultless, in years of travelling, the best communication we've experienced.

The apartment is located in a perfect place, close to the city center (but very quiet at the same time), pedestrian area, beaches and historical places to be seen in this wonderful town. We came during the winter time, New years eve, and have spend four days there. Two rooms, one for the children and one for the adults were enough, but having big living room with the dinning place makes our stay even more comfortable than we have expected. Kitchen, bathroom and everything else (wifi, heating/cooling etc.) was fully equipped, you simply do not miss anything there. And just to mention that owner was at the disposal via phone (viber) for any additional info we needed at any time, but we have not see them at all, so the apartment was like it belongs to us. Perfect hospitality, nice place, everything you need is there and we recommend this apartment with no reserve at all. I hope (and i am sure) that we will go there again.

A very friendly and helpful owner. The location is spot on. Short walking distance from the beach and city centre. Clean apartment and reasonable price.

Had a great time need to go back as didn't have enough time to try all the restaurants and islands. Excellent location close to beach, Quiet apartment, good value.

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento dal 15-06-2013 al 23-06-2013 insieme alla mia compagna e ad una coppia di amici,come siamo arrivati abbiamo capito subito di aver fatto centro sia per la posizione dell'appartamento che e' centrale a 5 minuti dal palazzo diocleziano,dalla old town di spalato e dal porto di Spalato sia per la gentilezza e dolcezza della proprietaria di casa Tanja.La struttura comprende 2 camere da letto di cui una provvista di condizionatore, un bagno con la vasca, una cucina ed un salotto abbastanza ampio con televisore e connessione wi fi libera.Vicino l'appartamento sono presenti supermercati bar negozi banche e con 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia di bacvice.Per il posto macchina c'e' un parcheggio a 50 metri dall'appartamento.Da questa posizione centrale siamo riusciti a vedere quasi tutta la dalmazia da Vodice,le cascate di Krka,Sibenik,Primosten,Trogir,Bol ,Hvar,Makarska fino ad arrivare a Dubrovnik.Lo consiglio vivamente per chi si vuole godere in relax Spalato e le meraviglie della Croazia.
