Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2. Mal mit unserem kleinen Hund in Kroatien bei Familie Zuzul zu Gast. Dieses Mal in der Villa Ruzmarina. Dieses Mal haben wir ein befreundetes Pärchen mitgenommen, die auch sehr begeistert waren. Die Villa Ruzmarina ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schön eingerichteten Apartments. Sehr sauber da kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, sogar direkt auf den wunderschönen Strand. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und immer freundlich! Der Strand ist über einige Treppen zu erreichen. Ein wirklich sehr schöner Strandabschnitt, einfach traumhaft. Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung. Wenn man sich erholen möchte ist man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Der Strand ist nie überfüllt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 100 % empfehlenswert!!! :)

villa by the sea, wonderful views from the terrace, fully equipped, comfortable, nice. The owners and staff very friendly, good contact. Miejscowść good located, good access. Cool beach, showers on the beach, grill. Only to my villa sunbeds were on the terrace of the stairs between the villa and the beach, not on the beach, as others had. Although the owner has allowed them to abolish it in their weight and the narrow stairs was difficult. Besides small downside rest terrific. Highly recommended. Joanna. Poland

If we are talking about luxury vacation, this would fit the description. Easy to locate, easy to have a booking. The place is well maintained and it looks prestige to me. I cant even utter words while looking at the view on the balcony. A place that could relieve your stress, you could also try out their magnificent gym. All we did was sleep , eat and sleep again. Villa Ruzmarina is just too great.

In 2014 ich was the third time in an Appartment of the family Zuzul and it was again wonderful. The appartments are very clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the sea. The staff is very, very nice and always helpful. I will spend again my vacation in 2015 at the Villa Ruzmarina and recommend it to anyone. Best regard from Germany Martina Lange

Rapport qualité/prix douteux. Un appartement correct, une très belle vue et une plage privée sont les atouts de cet endroit. Par contre, quelques soucis avec l'isolation phonique (surtout le matin ) et aussi avec la propreté de la cuisine (fourmis à l'arrivée, four et casseroles pas bien nettoyés, lavabo bouché). Les matelas dans une des chambres trop mous. Climatisation dans le salon (qui doit aussi suffire pour les chambres (pas de ventilos) Equipement stricte minimum (même pas une éponge dans la cuisine) En tout, nous trouvions le pris trop élevé en rapport à tous ces petits détails

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken. Endlich einmal eine Unterkunft und eine Beschreibung, die zu 100% dem entspricht, was man sich aus dem angepriesenen Inhalt einer Webseite erwartet. Wir waren beeindruckt, von dem schönen Strand, der sauberen Wohnung, der super Lage und dem freundlilchen Personal. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist schon diese Reise wert. Unser kleiner Vierbeiner genoss ebenso wie wir die erholsame Ruhe am Wasser. Dies war zwar unser erster Urlaub in Marusici, aber mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte. Versprochen! We've been there 2 years ago and going back this year again. Beach which is a lot of steps down but only for the people who stay at this house is really great because you don't have to be worry if you will find a place on it like on a "public" beaches. Apartment that we have stayed was clean, fully equiped, from each room you have direct view to the sea it is very convinient that whenever you want you can come back to you appartment and relax. I hope to come back there in future not only this year but every time that I would like to spent relaxing time in beautifull place.

We´ve been a Guest in 2013 at Villa Ruzmarina. The apartments we can only recommend. The plan is great, everything was very clean, nice rooms with best panoramic sea view, apartments well equqipped. Using steps you can reach the private beach, which is very nice and offers free layings chairs. Due tot he fact, that beach is private, it is not crowded (maybe even to quiet for us ). The area is also very nice. The towns of Omis, Markaska, Split everything very easy to reach, as weel as grocery and restaurant in the village are tow minutes walk away. Free Shuttles to the traditional restaurants were offered. For questions etc. housekeeper and the owner were always on disposal and helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation. We will come back again for sure. These apartments I can only recommend to anyone. Many thanks Fam Zuzul for a great holiday!

The apartments a quite new and in good condition. The sea view and proximity (right down a stair) are great. The place is very quiet.
