We were happily surprised by the wonderful standards and quality at Villa Sea Breeze. We were a group of 6 friends, (3 couples) and stayed in Apartment 2, which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, (only 1 of which was en suite). The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen, (though an espresso machine would have been appreciated in a villa of this quality), comfortable lounge furniture and plenty of room to relax. A well equipped gym overlooks a garden. Outside, there is a swimming pool, hot-tub, sauna, lovely gardens with a BBQ area for guest use - all with fabulous views across to the sea.....the villa is a few roads back from the beach - but the walk to the beach is around 10/15 minutes. Maria and her team are on site every day, for many hours - their attention to detail is wonderful to see - and there was constant work on the gardens, windows, paths, pool, etc etc to keep everything in tip-top condition. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised to get daily croissants and a loaf of fresh bread delivered to the door and even more surprised to get freshly made pancakes, (courtesy of Maria) on the day we were leaving. Very definitely worth a visit!!!

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Villa Sea Breeze, there were 2 adults and 1 toddler (22months old). I will be recomending the villa to any family or friends who will travel and stay in Split. From the minute we arrived to the villa Marija made us feel so comfortable, she told us how to find local supermarkets, beaches, money exchange etc, Marija also advised us the best places to visit and park etc she could not of been any more helpful. On the day we were flying home, we had a late night flight and because there was no immediate check in that day to our apartment Marija let us stay in the apartment until 9pm, which was fantastic with a toddler. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment was spotless, everything was immaculate and in great condition. We had a rented car for the 5 days we were there which I would advise for your stay at the villa as it is in a remote area to catch a taxi or a bus. The villa is only a 2 minute drive to local supermarkets and local beaches, it is a 10 minute drive from the port and it is only 30 minutes away from the airport. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor kitchen etc were cleaned daily, never any dirt seen anywhere. The facilities at this villa are brilliant and the parking is free and on your doorstep. I will return to Villa Sea Breeze.

This house was a perfect fit for our large group of friends who occupied the entire property...Everything was amazing, from the property itself to the hostess who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This property has it all, pool, pool house, sauna, hot tub, great outdoor seating areas for our dinners, gym, BBQ and Croatian hospitality at it's best by our Hostess, Marija!

Well, what can I say about this beautiful place. The Host Marija is just the sweetest lady you could wish to meet. She could not have been more helpful, from taking us to the supermarket when we arrived, giving us advise and tips about the area, to cooking a lovely meal for us the day we left. The villa was immaculate, spotlessly clean everywhere. Everything you needed in the apartment. Lovely pool, sauna, jacuzzi and seating areas. The Villa is a little out of Split, about 1 hours nice walk along the beach front, or ten mins taxi ride. There is also a regular bus into town. This was our 1st visit to Croatia, everywhere was very clean, good prices and we felt very safe, even in the centre of Split at night time, and we will definitely return Thank you Marija for looking after us and for your love and kindness.

Just returned from the most wonderful holiday in Sea Breeze Villa to a cold and wet Scotland!,....We had 2 sunfilled weeks at the most amazing apartment with Marija the most friendly , helpful and amazing hostess we have ever encountered. Cannot recommend enough.....beautiful appointed villa and gardens,with lovely pool and jacuzzi.....With good bus connections....and good uber taxi availability . We hired a car and enjoyed trips to Krka national park....and Brac island.....just fabulous ....you must visit Bol! Would we return?........you bet!!
