The spacious Presidency Apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. It offers nice and very stylish atmosphere. The apartment comprises of a living room with comfortable, folding sofa and 32 inch TV set offering wide range of international HD channels; cozy rustic style fully equipped kitchenette with dining area; spacious bedroom with blackout curtains and bathroom with hydro massage shower cabin and toilet.
In the kitchenette you could prepare food by your own taste and imagination using:

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the whole apartment. There is a central heating and air-conditioner in the living room.
The apartment is very convenient also for long stays, offering a washing machine and iron with ironing board.
Total capacity is for 3 persons (king-size bed in the bedroom and folding sofa bed in the living room). There is a twin apartment on the same floor Silhouette Apartment (with the same entrance) where accommodation of 3 more persons is possible.
• Cleaning and change of household linen is available upon request and extra charge.
*for long stays (more than 15 days) cleaning and change of linen is free of charge every 4 days
• Parking spaces are public, available on the street in blue or green zone. There is also a private parking at the back of the building, reservation is not possible.
*for reservations longer than 30 days we offer free parking space at the backyard.
• Pickup service from/to the airport and transfers to every part of the country could be arranged upon request and extra charge.

This is our first trip away staying in apartments so we were both excited and apprehensive but we needed of worried
I arrived with my 2 children and a lady was waiting for me we went in and she showed me how to unlock the doors and use the lift etc
The apartment was extremely clean and even though the entrance and lift feel old and dark the apartment is lovely.
There are just a few areas I would change but they are really minor.
I couldn’t reach the mosquito net on the window I. The lounge so couldn’t open the window often it’s quite noisy the traffic so air con in the living area would be a great investment. The bedroom is very comfortable with air con and the bed was great. Enough storage for all our clothes. The bathroom is small but fine. The shower door did leak a little bit no big deal.
It was great having the table are in the open living kitchen area so I could cook and chat with the kids. The kitchen could do with some more bowls and small glasses/cups and also a dust pan and brush so I could of swept up crumbs.
The apartment is ideally located to both attractions and the underground. We felt safe walking around in the area and would happily book to stay again when we return to Sofia

Weekend a Sofia
Eravamo in otto, abbiamo preso tre appartamenti. Nel complesso tutti molto graziosi e a pochi passi dai siti di principale interesse. Proprietaria gentilissima. Consigliato!

Cosy and modern location in Sofia
Five friends in two apartments newly renovated, very confortable and fully equipped, all utilities provided.
Great location, perfect walking distance from whole sites of interest.
Do not be afraid of the outside building, you will find a perfect and cosy home in Sofia.
