A lot of young’s and artists are living here. The surroundings has a lot to offer Best bars and great Restaurants are seconds away by walk as we are located at the Main Street there. A walk to the beach is 12 min and much less using bike or electric scooter. You will easily find them at reach. Huge parking lot is minute away. As well as continent stores. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment, including the balcony, which is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. Interaction with Guests: We are happy to welcome our guests when they arrive. There's also a self check in option for those that wish. I will be very alert during your stay and make myself available. The Neighborhood: young, ever changing, full of bars, along new business that keep flourishing in the area, Florentine is the newest neighbourhoods and has a unique magic Getting Around: 2 major lines are passing next to us, the number 4 and 5, please note that you are 5-10 minutes from the heart of night life, at Rotschild area 8 min to beach Other Things to Note: We're here to help you out with anything you need, even if it's just some advice and friendly conversation :).
