Well located with walking distance to Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque so we didmall our sightseeing on foot. The apartment has a lovely private balcony and a larger shared roof terrace with tea making equipment. It looks to have been recently refurbished and everything was in good order and worked well - comfortable beds and good shower. What made this special was our host - nothing was too much trouble, airport transfers easily arranged, a great local restaurant recommended for our first night (so good we ate their twice) and always on hand if we needed any help. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we’d stay again if back in Istanbul!

Great location very comfortable
Here for 5 nights. The place is a lovely cosy flat with a great view. Everything we needed was here even water and a few other basic supplies. Location has been so handy to the historical area of Sultanahmet. Lots of great restaurants,minimarts and shops to brows through. Have enjoyed this place so much. Ugur has been so helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very good apartment with fine view and excellently located
Attentive to individual requirements but also with the freedom associated with an apartment let. Beautiful view of the sea of Marmora from upper apartments and communal terrace. Equipment complete and functional. Within walking distance of Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hag his Sophia. Good restaurants nearby. We liked the view and our balcony best and cannot think of any negative aspects of our stay. Thank you to the apartment manager from a wonderful stay!

Great Location, Price - Extremely Helpful Staff
We rented two of the four units in August for a family of 7. Airport transfer was taken care of. Ugur met us on check in and gave us a local cellphone (very helpful if you want locals to return your calls), IstanbulKart (great for trams, ferries etc) and an overview of the area. Great location if you are interested in being in the old city - 5 minute walk to Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, 10 to Hagia Sophia. The apartments are as advertised - you're not getting a 5 star hotel but have all the amenities you need - especially with a family. Ugur was extremely helpful and responsive whenever needed and had stocked the refrigerators with basics before our arrival. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment stay in Sultanahmet.

we were made to feel at home
Burhan Firat and Ugur Karaalp were great hosts. We were picked up at the airport and met at the apartment by these two gentlemen who carried our bags up 5 flights of stairs (thank you!) And gave us an orientation of how everything worked including a card for transportation and a phone to contact them if needed. A nice touch in an unfamiliar area. They also arranged tours for us with pick up at the apartment. The apartment was clean and service was provided for clean towels and straghtening up every other day. There was a clothes washer which was appreciated and the bathroom was large and modern. The small balcony with the apartment was an added bonus, but the rooftop terrace was excellent. The location was close to everything and we mostly walked.

Bella, moderna e ..... comoda!!
Abbiamo affittato per 6 giorni l'apparamento al terzo piano (no ascensore), con due camere comode, un grande bagno, il soggiorno arioso con due sofà, cucina a vista e balcone. Un bell'appartmento nel cuore di Sultanhamet ma fuori dal caos, nuovo, ben arredato, pulito, curato nei dettagli, perfetto per noi (famiglia con i due genitori, due figli e la figlia) che cercavamo la libertà di vivere i momenti di riposo in una casa a nostra disposizione. TV, Wifi, aria condizionata e, alla sera, la terazza sul tetto a disposizone per cene con vista Mar di Marmara. Gentilissimo Yuksel, il proprietario. Shuttle dall'aeroporo incluso nel prezzo, così non ti proccupi neppure come arrivarci!

Ideal apartment for us and a fantastic location.
Great location, warm welcome.Pick up at the airport included in rental made everything so much easier for us.
The finish is getting a little worn around the edges, (don't look too closely at the loose wires and skirting boards) but this was a great apartment for us for a get-together weekend in a fascinating city. Couldn't have stayed in a better location. Even tho it was winter, we still loved the roof terrace.

Very comfortable appartment in ideal location for exploring the old city
A very enjoyable stay, the appartment was very well furnished and was serviced every two days which was greatly appreciated. Excellent views of the City and the Sea from balcony, and the roof garden was anb added bonus. Burhan was extremly helpful and looked after us very well. The location was ideal for visiting all the sites in the City. A really enjoyable stay.

Excellent location
Very good apartment, easy access to most sight seeing places, grand pazar, spice pazar and metro stations in old city.
The grocery shops below the apartment provide all you need especially tasty fresh bread every morning.
Free wi fi was great.
The top terrace was great especially at sun set, asham no left was there to go up more often as after long day full of walking you can't climb to fifth floor to enjoy the view.
All in all great.

Highly recommend
We stayed for one week and couldn't have been happier. We travelled as a family which was a mix of young children and teenager. The service was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself has fabulous views and is close to all the sights. You are greeted with a stocked refrigerator and there is new fruit in the entrance daily. Would highly recommend for a family or couple.
