This was the most wonderful trip, the staff were amazing and made the trip so special, I could not recommend it enough . It was as if this was the first night they had done the trip , looking after everyone’s needs so well and with 100 per cent attention to detail. Just could not compliment them enough .

Excellent Trip
This was part of a one night organised trip we took and was excellent. The staff could not do enough to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves.
There were about 50 people on the boat and everyone were treated individually.
The meals and vegetable sculptures were amazing.
Special thanks to Jackie the manager, Sunny the guide lady and Ha who made us feel special.
They found out it was my husband’s birthday and at the end of the evening meal presented him with a cake 🎂 and visitors and crew sang Happy Birthday
The cabins were lovely ( never having been on a cruise 🚢) and had everything that was required.
The scenery and serenity was great.
Everyone needs to experience the trip

Amazing!
It's hard to know where to start with our review. The ship has every amenity and the staff go the extra mile to make life so easy and relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble. A special thanks must go to Ha and Vied. They are exceptional in every way and work so hard constantly. I had a massage on the boat which was fabulous and the food was outstanding with the highest hygiene. The trips were cultural and great fun. Attention to detail was Theme throughout. The kayaking and visit to the fishing village was a real highlight. The bedrooms are beautiful and have a panoramic view of the Bay. You have to pinch yourself. I would thoroughly recommend the trip but would definitely book two nights again as you get a lot more out of the trip. Thank you to all the staff. You are truly inspirational.

Highly recommended
We were on the 3 days 2 night cruise and enjoyed every minute!
Since the moment we got on the cruise all the stuff welcomed us with smile and a fresh drink.
Kien was our tour guide and he was the best!
He had a lot of information to give us, and he was nice and kind!!
We had the best time,

Highly recommending this trip
If you want a relaxing Ha Long experience and luxurious rooms with a great customer service, this is your place. The activities were entertaining, not too busy and give you time to enjoy the trip yourself.
The best part is of course the view, you are not only having it on the condo but in your room as well, since you have a private balcony and big windows.
Mr Ha who was our tour guide/crew manager was great, very helpful and nice. Mr Viet was another cheerful person that can make your experience more enjoyable.

Awesome experience
We did 3 days 2 nights on Huong Hai Sealife. Everything was awesome, from our pick up from hotel which was in a luxury van (with reclining seats and other comforts), to our room, the programme, the staff and the whole experience on board.
If you want the highlights package then 2 days, 1 night will be enough, but I was so pleased I stayed an extra night. We got transferred to a day boat for the day to cruise the islands, go kayaking, swimming and get off the beaten track a bit. There was only a small group of us (5) so it felt like we had the whole area to ourselves.
The staff were awesome, rooms amazing - like this was the flashest place we stayed all holiday. The programme was great and food, delicious. I 100% recommend this cruise and would do it again.

Peaceful - Informative - Wonderful
From pick up to return to Hanoi these guys do well.
I did an overnight tour on the Sealife from Hanoi.
The mini bus driver picked me up from Hanoi for the 3 h trip. We were in the departure lounge with tea/coffee and then upon return the same great treatment.
On board the meals were terrific, the crew do a little welcome dance at Dinner and then the activities were also well planned (boat ride through fishing village, Island visit, Cooking class & squid fishing).
An big shout out to Mr Ha for great customer relations.

So, so, so happy that I chose this tour company.
I wanted, no needed, a good tour provider in this area. The reason for this is that I wanted my wife to have a very special trip. Unfortunately our tour itinerary only allowed us to do a single overnight cruise. We had been booked on to a lesser vessel by the tour company, but I upgraded slightly to this one, and am so glad that I did.
The boat is very nice and well laid out. Our room with a balcony was well proportioned, and the bed extremely comfortable, and the linen very clean. the shower was very good also.
On top of the above the food and activities were superb. Add on to that again, that all the staff that we had dealings with were also superb, then you have the recipe for a successful tour.
Our boat took the Bai Tu Long route, and how blissful it was (I did the busier Halong Bay route eight years ago).
I just cannot fault anything to do with this tour provider. I'd use them again in a flash if we get to go back to Vietnam.

Wonderful Cruise with amazing staff.
The staff on this boat are so friendly and eager to please.
The food is fantastic, the lunch buffet has plenty of choice including vegetarian options. We were asked for any diet needs on boarding and the crew did a great job making sure special dishes were prepared. The drinks are great value apparently the spa is a great price and very very good.
The excursions are well planned and well controlled. The cave is up a few steps that were a challenge for some on the cruise, the entrance on the far side of the cave is very low and easy to bang heads.
The fishing village is a little stage managed, but still a lovely experience, being rowed in the bamboo boat was so serene.
I would not hesitate to recommend this cruise. My only issue, we only had the 2 day cruise wish it was longer!

Comfortable boat - amazing place
Spent one night on here whilst sailing round Halong Bay. Amazing scenery - beautiful cabin, much bigger than expected. Very comfy bed - had a problem with the shower, couldn't get any hot water. Great staff and very entertaining!!!! Felt like you were on a floating hotel not a boat as very gentle unlike other small cruise boats.
