I struggled to find the exact location but luckily the owner had someone waiting for me who came out to greet me. As other reviews have said, don’t pay attention to the deceptive exterior. You go through a courtyard into an old style building which has stairwells which could do with work but it is full of residential apartments of which this is one. It is homely and clean and equipped with everything you could need. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Riga with a small supermarket literally metres away so you can get supplies.

Don't get a wrong impression when entering the house, the staircase seems not being cleaned for ages. The apartment is absolutely clean, spacious, nicely done and friendly neighbours. Perfectly located, in walking distance to center or tram around the corner. Only for a longer stay bring towels, only one set included in the price.

This is a very clean, comfortable and welcoming flat. It’s in a busy and very interesting part of central Riga, with shops, cafes and restaurants all around. The flat is quiet, however, as it’s part of a block in a courtyard which is set back from the road Like many buildings in Riga, the block is gradually being restored. The entrance to the courtyard from the road can look a little off-putting, and it may therefore not be suitable for solo female travellers. But the flat itself and the location are both excellent. Daiga and Pedro were very quick to respond and good to deal with. Riga is a city being reborn. And this lovely flat is a great spot from which to see it.

Buona sistemazione in appartamento ampio completo di tutto; non c'è ascensore ma si trova al secondo piano. Si può raggiungere il centro a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Il rapporto prezzo qualità è buono.

Sehr schöne und angenehme Wohnung in einem netten Stadtviertel, durch die Lage im Hinterhaus trotz der belebten Straße absolut ruhig gelegen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Verständigung in englisch mit der Vermieterin ist kein Problem.

Mycket trevlig personal, både Daiga och hennes mor. OK möblering, TV finns. Ganska nära till sevärdheter utanför gamla stan. Lätt att få 24 tim bevakad parkering 1 kvarter bort (betalas separat). Finns kvällsöppna småaffärer alldeles nära för livsmedel.

La situation géographique de l'appartement est parfaite, près de tout : du vieux Riga, du quartier Art Nouveau, des puces ... à côté une petite épicerie ouverte jusqu'à 22h, un restau (angle à droite) cuisine Lettone, en face une très bonne boulangerie, à droite en sortant un bar jeune et branché hipster : " le chomsky". Seul petit hic la cour et l'entrée ne sont pas très accueillantes et rassurantes bien que nous vivons à Lyon dans un quartier alternatif et populaire. Daiga nous a rassuré en nous disant que c'était tranquille et en effet l'appartement est très calme et nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème. L'appartement est très lumineux avec du cachet. La literie de la chambre est excellente ! le canapé double dans le salon est moins confortable pour des jeunes et reste ouvert ce qui ne permet plus d'avoir de canapé dans le salon. Connexion WIFI et satellite excellentes. Daiga a répondu sympathiquement et rapidement tout au long de notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons ce logement.
