I hit the jackpot with this rental. The apartment is beautiful, in a terrific location, and the property owner is SO helpful. I arrived a couple hours early, and was able to leave my luggage with them while I explored the city before it was time for check-in. Whenever I needed something - even something as small as laundry detergent (there's a washing machine!) the owner was on hand to provide me with detergent and to show me how to use the machine, how the TV remotes worked, and how the espresso machine works (there's an espresso machine!) I traveled alone on this trip, and I felt very safe and secure, and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, clean, and beautiful rental in a great location.

We spent five nights in this lovely apartment, and thought it was wonderful. It is refurbished to a high standard but still complements the Art Deco building. The apartment feels very secure and is well connected to the city, although Parliament is only a 20 minute walk away. It is also a short trip across the Margaret Bridge to Margaret Island or into Buda. There are some nice, inexpensive local restaurants. Overall I would recommend staying in this apartment over a hotel as an efficient, authentic and cost-effective way to see Budapest

Very good location, the flat is situated in residential area but only 15mins walk to the Parliament building. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We spent in this very well decorated flat 8 nights. We are very satisfied with all the comfort and appliances what we found in the flat. The view from the top floor window was great and because it was close to Margit Island its possible to hear some nice music coming from there. Unfortunately at the same time there was some underground pipeline works going on but this is overcoming feature. Otherwise there was very quiet in evenings and nights. A very big plus goes to the manager of this flat, who was in touch with us very promptly and always ready to answer to any questions and was generally helpful. This is very important if it is Your first trip to Budapest.

Appartamento piccolo ma delizioso, arredato con cura e stile e pulitissimo. La zona è tranquilla, non centralissima ma ben collegata: con una breve passeggiata si raggiungono tram, metro e il Danubio. Fornaio, fruttivendolo e supermarket sono sotto casa. Il piccolo balcone, con vista sul viale alberato, è perfetto per la colazione. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito indicazioni in italiano per raggiungere l'appartamento dall'aeroporto. Ci aveva avvisato che al nostro arrivo ci avrebbe accolto una sua amica, Roberta, veramente disponibile e molto cara. Unico neo dell'appartamento: il vecchio ascensore. Se dovessi tornare a Budapest, di nuovo soggiornerò qui. Consigliatissimo! The apartment is small but charming, furnished with very good taste and very clean. The neighbourhood is not so central but is well served by public transport: by short walk you can easily reach tram stops and metro stations and also the Danube. Bakery, grocer and supermarket are just in front of the door. The small balcony, with a view over the tree-lined avenue, is perfect for having a breakfast. The owner was very gentle and sent us directions about how to get to the apartment in Italian. She informed us that we'd found her friend Roberta waiting for us. Roberta was very helpful and kind. The only one negative element of the apartment is the very old lift. If we go again to Budapest, we'll stay here again. We recommend this apartment!
