Lovely apt only snag kitchen is tiny but enough room to cook if required. Central and walking distance to everything. Leo is an exemplary host he can’t do enough for you. Took us to his favourite cafe for coffee and to his favourite pub. Thanks Leo will definitely return

Joli appartement très bien situé. L'immeuble est super calme, le logement est très confortable (il faut juste savoir si on est 4 que le couchage se fait dans une chambre avec mezzanine mais ce n'était pas gênant pour nous). Leo est adorable, très prévenant et disponible, il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et nous avons pu le solliciter pendant le séjour. Merci Leo !

Appartement très bien situé proche du parlement et des bus tram et gare. Tres calme,,bonne literie pour se reposer si besoin..Assez grand,,confortable ,bien agencé pour séjourner à 4...Commerces à 50 métrés .De plus Léo est vraiment super sympa et donne plein de conseils..Vous pouvez louer en toute confiance....

Leos place is just great. It s located absolutely in the heart of the center and all you want ( from bars restaurants clubs to supermarket pharmacy etc) can be reached on foot within shortest time. Lidl is 500m away e.g. Leo s app offers perfect ratio between price and luxury. It s quite huge ( bout 65m2) perfectly clean. There s a flat Tv with bout 150 channels. The kitchen is fit to prepare all the kind of meals you want theres a fridge a toaster a hairdryer in one word it s perfect u won t miss anything. But what makes this place so absolutely unique .... It s Leo the owner of the place Never before i met a host so heartful kind and caring. He made my stay perfect. He took care of whatever came ahead. He always had great useful inside information. He offered me so much help it felt like visiting an old friend. He never got tired answering my questions or taking action to help me out. So if you are looking for a perfectly placed and equipped homebase for your Budapest adventure with a perfect host who will be at your side all the time and all that at a very fair price than you must come to Leo s place. You will be happy you took my advice. I stayed almost 2 weeks and i didt n want to leave anymore. You will love this full complete Budapest package. Appartement propre très confortable décoré avec goût, superbe, placé idéalement dans le centre ville de Budapest, commerces et transports à proximité. Tout proche du parlement. Vu son emplacement, on peut tout faire pratiquement à pied. Accueil généreux et génial de Léo, qui donnent des conseils pratiques et sympas des endroits où aller. Appartement que je recommande fortement ainsi que le propriétaire Léo qui est très sympa.

Everything was walking distance, shops, food, train, metro, attractions, grocery....was great to have a little kitchen for the few times we wanted to eat in.

This apartment is within easy reach of some of Budapests biggest sights. Whether walking or using the local transportation, you don't need to travel far to get to the city's main attractions. The flat itself is warm and spacious, with a fantastic living room, perfect for hosting small gatherings. However, if you were planning to prepare a home cooked meal whilst entertaining, you might find it to be quite challenging as the kitchen is about the size of a broom cupboard! The apartment has a modest, but practical bathroom and the sleeping areas are very comfortable. The host, Leo, was friendly, polite and attentive to our needs during our 6 day stay. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine upon our arrival and were provided with maps and pointers for the local attractions. I'm a relatively low maintenance traveller, but the bottle of wine was a nice touch that was very much appreciated after a day of travelling. My only real complaint with this apartment is the shower fittings, which could do with being replaced. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cheap, characterful central location in Budapest.

Séjour très agréable. Appartement conforme aux photos. Très bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pied, gare à deux pas et métro, tramway proches. Léo était là à notre arrivée, très chaleureux, très à l'écoute. Grâce à lui nous avons pu trouver un parking pour semaine complète à 20€. Appartement très spacieux, jolie décoration, bien pensé, même si la cuisine reste minuscule, elle reflète l'intérieur des anciens appartements hongrois. Bref, très bon séjour.

Leo has been very helpful right from the beginning and has answered most of my queries. I could not meet him unfortunately which may have made things easier for us while settling down but we managed fine in the end. The washer worked well, there were two irons, leo provided a much needed fan as well. He is a very caring and considerate owner. It was quite comfortable with an easy walking distance from trams, metro and buses. The rate made the deal a steal.
