From our very first communication with Janos & Jozsef, I knew we had found great hosts & on arrival at the apartment, I knew we'd also found a great place to stay. The location is very close to many of the sights in Budapest & there are lots of restaurants close by. The apartment itself was roomy, well equipped, and perfect for three adults. The beds were very comfortable & it was nice to have a big sitting room.
Janos took us on a day walking tour, giving us an excellent overview of the city & it’s history. He also took my daughter and I on a day's bike tour (20km more or less) to Szentendre, a beautiful village (where the Langos ...fried dough with jam or whatever....are amazing!). He also arranged to have a doctor visit and helped in so many ways to make our visit the best. Highly recommended!

All you need is near
Apartment is in very good location, everything is almost round the corner. There is very nice restaurant in downstairs called Nappali kavehaz, bakery and supermarket round the corner, metro station about 300meters,even the city center is so near that you can walk there. In apartment there is everything what you need, kitchen has what you need even a washing machine, aircondition is good so you can get apartment cold enough, little balcony and the hold place was clean and have enough space for 5 people. The owners Janos and Joszef are very nice guys and they give tips where to go for breakfast, or see some sights or whatever you want to know about Budapest. They are really professional about everything, we order an transport from airport and to airport and it was cheap and everything goes like they promise. Thank you, see you in next summer!

Great apartment
Easy booking, lots of contact with Janos ..he organised pick up from the airport and was waiting with Joseph for us at the apartment. What a place, close to everything, metro, trams, the main square, bars restaurants and a Spar market. Janos spent an hour with us explains where we were and all the places we could visit. They even have a hand written book with lots of suggestions. This apartment is magnificent and we had a ball, Janos and Joseph looked after us from getting out of the cab until getting back in, favourite thing.....the mineral spa at the park behind hero's square brilliant.

Location, location, location, clean comfortable apartment with all the amenities of home.
First, our hosts arranged transportation from airport to apartment and greeted us. Janous and Josef answered all our questions with tips from where to change money to where to eat reasonably. The apartment was perfect for the three of us with three bedrooms/two bathrooms and an eat in kitchen that was properly stocked with essentials. The pictures depicted it exactly, as no detail was spared. There were tourist books to browse through as well as personal recommendations. It was warm and cozy. We would highly recommend Janous as a guide as He made his City and Country come alive for us. Thank You Janous.

The perfect apartment for a stay in Budapest
We've just returned from a lovely 4 night stay in this apartment as a group of 5. It's a great place to stay right in the heart of the Jewish district close to some wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and sightseeing. Unlike some apartments we have stayed in this one was equipped with everything you could need from food ingredients/drinks and toiletries to umbrellas, books and first aid equipment. The owners - Jozsef and Janos - really have thought of everything. They both welcomed us to the apartment and spent a lot of time making sure we would get the most out of their City booking us into the most amazing restaurants and also giving us various cost saving tips such as the group transport pass. They really can't do enough for you and it's great to have that personal touch. The apartment is a stylish mix of traditional and contemporary and it's clear the owners care very much about the apartment and the guest experience. If we return to Budapest we would definitely want to stay here again.

Our Favourite Apartment.
We stayed as a family of four, with an adult son and daughter from 4th-11th July 2018. Having stayed in many different apartments in several different European cities we all agreed that this was our favourite. Janos and Jozsef, the friendly and courteous owners, welcomed us to their beautiful apartment and gave us a wealth of information on places to visit. The photographs and description of the apartment are all accurate and the spotlessly clean rooms are spacious and attractively decorated. The building work across the street and the internal redecoration in the courtyard areas of the building did not distract from our stay. There is a Spar supermarket on the adjoining street and numerous restaurants within walking distance. We voted Budapest as having the best restaurants in Europe based on the places we chose to eat in.
Budapest is a lovely, clean city and we felt very safe in it. The people are friendly and speak English very well. The efficient transport system makes the purchase of the Budapest Card an economic and easy way to travel. Drivers respect pedestrians and although the city is busy it did not feel oppressive or too crowded. It is obvious that the local people take a pride in their city and their attitude plus the lovely apartment ensured that we had a great holiday.

Lovely place
This apartment is great, everything you need for it to be home from home .it is close to all sightseeing and restaurants . Work is being done on the inside of the apartment building but it is no problem as it does not bother you at all. The building across the street is also got building work going on but it didn't worry us at all , we spent most of our time out and about. The bar downstairs can be a bit noisy at Ines but close the windows and it's ok. Janos and jozsef are great guys they will do everything they can to help . Meeting you at the apartment also came to say goodbye even though we left at 4 am . Would we stay again . Yes

Fabulous apartment, within walking distance to everything
This apartment was excellent for us - two couples. The apartment is as pictured and described. It is spacious, immaculate and well maintained, comfortable, attractively decorated and has an old world charm. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
The location is great. You can walk to all of the key sites within about 30 minutes, or public transit is nearby. The neighbourhood is diverse and interesting with lots of restaurants. There are at least two grocery stores within a few minutes walk and a really good café around the corner.
We felt safe in the area and the building. There is a lot of building restoration occurring throughout Budapest and this building is no exception. In spite of this and the proximity of restaurants and bars we found the apartment quiet.
All communication with Janos before and during our stay was prompt, helpful and clear so there were no unwelcome surprises. Upon arrival Janos provided lots of information to help us get oriented to Budapest. Janos, and Josef, genuinely care that you have a wonderful experience in Budapest. Janos also organizes private tours of the city and we would encourage you to speak to him about the possibilities.
We would certainly consider staying here again if we returned to Budapest.

A fabulous apartment in Budapest
Janos and Josef always give a great welcome. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and has two bathrooms. It is in a great location very near the tube but also within walking distance to many of the central popular parts. There is a great wine bar in the corner. I’ve stayed in this apartment three times and love it and think it is excellent value for money.
