Nice apartment close to the Danube. Comfortable and clean apartment. Only down side is that it's close to a road so a bit noisy during the day even tough I was glad to be at this place.

Not bad, but no toaster. We had to heat the bread up on a frying pan. Perhaps not the best method. Otherwise, it was quiet. Apart from the tram running all day.

The apartment was a great location: a block from the Central Market, a short walk across the bridge to Gellert Baths, around the corner to Vaci Utca, a 2 minute walk to the subway and tram lines. We found the location ideal, but felt the apartment lacked some amenities for a week long stay. In general, the apartment was clean but the oven was not. Non-issue if you don't plan to cook in.

The apartment was in a perfect location, just near the markets, lovely fresh and prepared food, a few steps from the main street and the esplanade along the river. The metro is very close. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and has excellent wifi connection. Booking was straightforward and the owner gave good directions to get to the flat. The apartment is in a secure building. We loved our time here and in Budapest. Beautiful city.

Enjoyed the convenience of this location. Apartment in good shape, clean and comfortable as well as relatively spacious. Nicely decorated - laundry and air conditioning great to have.

ho soggiornato qui svariate volte, appartamento molto bello , pulito, luminoso,silenzioso e accogliente fornito di ogni confort con il surplus di canali italiani inclusi di sky. Per quanto riguarda la location nella bellissima Budapest non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio,situato sulla famosa Vaci Utca, isola pedonale ideale per shopping, passegiate giornaliere tra ristoranti e bar alla moda, ad un minuto a piedi dalle rive del danubio. Qualita prezzo vantagioso!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Would like to say thanks for a very enjoyable 10 day stay in the Blue Flat Danube. The apartment itself has everything you could need, with modern kitchen and bathroom and much more spacious than staying in a hotel room. It is located a stones throw from the Danube and all the shops and restaurants of Vaci Utca and the Great Market Hall and also moments from several bus and tram lines which take you all round Budapest. Although the owner Marino was away whilst we were there, Katalina kindly met us with the key and showed us around the apartment. We we also given lots of useful info by email from Marino. The bed was huge (but note quite firm!) and there were plenty of clean bedding and towels. Whilst in Budapest my partner was having his teeth done and I had my eyes lasered so it was great we had the apartment to rest and recuperate between treatments, but we still managed to enjoy lots of eating out and sightseeing. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Cheers!

We had a great week at the Blue Danube apartment in Budapest. The apartment is very comfortable and centrally located in the old past of Pest just near the Danube. The apartment was very clean and Marino the owner sent us a lot of info about Budapest before hand, and there was more at the apartment when we arrived. We felt that it was great value. We stayed as a couple.

We were very satisfied with our choice to rent Blue Flat Danube. In addition to condition and location of the flat, we found working with Mr. Marino to be extremely satisfying. His kindness, attention to detail, and support were exemplary. He provided detailed information about Budapest prior to our visit; arranged transportation to / from the airport; and provided a local person to explain the flat and to provide additional information to us. A total package!

We arrived in Budapest in very, very hot weather. Peppe, the owner, met us at the apartment. He is very congenial and gave us a lot of info regarding restaurants and events. He was always available via email. The building is located on the Danube. It is old and charming, although in need of some cosmetic help.The apartment itself is bright and spacious. Very well equipped. We had two problems. One was that the air conditioning was not available. The city was giving Peppe grief because the building is heritage. They made him take down his AC. (Although we noticed that two or three other apartments have the same system as his!) Peppe is confident he will get his air conditioning problems fixed. Our other problem was with finding the proper door to enter the building. It is located on the side street and not the front, facing the river. Peppe should get help in making the directions clear in the English language. Enjoy!
