Great location in the heart of Budapest with easy access to river, shops, transport and eateries. Amazing dining room with high ceilings and a beautiful large sofa. This is a grand room that is easy to relax in. WiFi worked great throughout the property and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The small towels and low water pressure meant showering wasn't amazing and only one person could run water at a time. If people are staying a week more than one very small towel would have been nice. Key safe worked well but when half the group were in the door needed to be left unlocked to allow the second group to come in. We had some night owls so door left unlocked whilst some were sleeping. A second key would be really good. The building and area felt safe so not a massive concern. Communication was excellent with owner and local contacts.

My friends and I booked to come stay over the Sziget festival. The perfect place! It was right in the centre of town so everything was an easy walk and the tram only took half an hour straight to the festival. The place itself is great with all the amenities you could possibly need. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay!

Really big apartment in great location. Very close to Danube. Next to restaurants. Check in great. Met outside at stipulated time and shown around really well. Parts, especially the doors, need a wee lick of TLC. Entrance a bit drab. Close proximity to restaurants etc also meant a bit of noise from the street as well as other apartments in the building and surrounding buildings. Kitchen equipment really good. Plenty of tables and chairs.

We were 9 family members. Everyone absolutely loved the apt. 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were at each end of the very large apt. high ceilings,modern kitchen and bathrooms. lots of incidental chatting areas. It felt like a romantic typically Romanian classy apt. Anne the owner has to be the most friendly,effecient,helpful person to deal with. She quickly responds to e-mails addressing all our concerns. I would highly recommend this beautiful apt.

This apartment is even better than expected. The location is 2 blocks from the Danube and close to all modes of transportation. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 additional rooms set up for sleeping. The apartment is so large you will never feel crowded and everyone has their privacy. Kitchen has everything you need (appliances). Best of all, the washing machine enabled us to stay for 8 days with a carry on only! One last thing, the information sheet you receive from Ann is packed with details, phone numbers and any other information you might need. We did use her transportation to and from airport. Door to door service even for our 330am pickup.

Simply the best apartment I have rented in the past 15 years of traveling in Europe. Absolutely no negative points. Very good location: 5 minutes walk to the Danube, 10 minutes to the centre and on a pedestrian street. Very safe to walk every where at night. We were 7 adults and it never felt crowded. I have not met the owner Ann but I can tell you that she was most helpful in the preparation of the Budapest part of our trip. She must have answered more than 8 emails and reassured us. Thank you Ann. Finally, if you fly to Budapest, accept to be picked up by Ann caretaker. No delays and hassle free.

Appartement très spacieux, le confort y est au rendez-vous ainsi que l'hygiène. Il est situé en plein centre ville, et si on veut, une station de métro à qques minutes, ainsi qu'un supermarché (à deux pas de la synagogue).

Ann was very helpful with information in advance and her local representative was also helpful. The flat is two floors up, large and has lovely high ceilings. The lay out is unusual so that there are three doors into the main bedroom. We needed four bedrooms so had to use the TV room as a bedroom - one of the bathrooms is off this room which had the effect everyone else shared the other one. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well stocked and it was possible to cook for six people which isnt always the case in rental apartments! The location is amazingly central and provides easy access to public transport which imakes it very easy to get around. It overlooks a busy street of shops and restaurants so would be noisy at night with the windows open but was quiet with them closed. There is no AC but there were a couple of fans and we kept the shutters closed during the day.
