Lovely apartment, very convenient to everything. Fabulous communication with Ann. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. 3 adults, a teen, and infant - plenty of room

Great location for exploring Budapest
Very good location, spacious apartment. Good and quick communication both with owner and local handler.
The apartment and furniture are a bit worn, and it could have been cleaner, but had what we needed for a good time exploring Budapest.
We used both living rooms and the three bedrooms. The beds and sofa beds are firm, but ok. Some of the duvets didn't fit in the covers, some wasn't really duvets at all. Served it's purpose, but should have been changed into something that fits together. Good towels.
Can recommend the Libanese restaurant in the next street, and New Colosseum on the street on the other side, but some of the closest to the apartment you would do good to avoid. The ones most eager to get you to sit down isn't necessarily the best options.
Small Lidl store close by has what you need if you want to stock the fridge. Rudas baths just over the bridge was a nice experience (bring slippers, towel and a bathing suit from home ;) ).
Can recommend this apartment, and could stay here again.

Great location
The apartment was really central, located near great shopping and restaurants as well as access to the metro. All the main sights we easily accessible so it makes a great base in Budapest. The apartment is very roomy and the host is very friendly and accessible. Great place to base yourself to explore the beautiful city of Budapest.

Great Centra location
Great location in the heart of Budapest with easy access to river, shops, transport and eateries.
Amazing dining room with high ceilings and a beautiful large sofa. This is a grand room that is easy to relax in.
WiFi worked great throughout the property and the kitchen was adequate for our needs.
The small towels and low water pressure meant showering wasn't amazing and only one person could run water at a time. If people are staying a week more than one very small towel would have been nice.
Key safe worked well but when half the group were in the door needed to be left unlocked to allow the second group to come in. We had some night owls so door left unlocked whilst some were sleeping. A second key would be really good. The building and area felt safe so not a massive concern.
Communication was excellent with owner and local contacts.

Great Stay!
My friends and I booked to come stay over the Sziget festival. The perfect place! It was right in the centre of town so everything was an easy walk and the tram only took half an hour straight to the festival. The place itself is great with all the amenities you could possibly need. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay!

Great location although a bit noisy
Really big apartment in great location. Very close to Danube. Next to restaurants. Check in great. Met outside at stipulated time and shown around really well. Parts, especially the doors, need a wee lick of TLC. Entrance a bit drab. Close proximity to restaurants etc also meant a bit of noise from the street as well as other apartments in the building and surrounding buildings. Kitchen equipment really good. Plenty of tables and chairs.

a perfect 50th wedding anniversary with our family
We were 9 family members. Everyone absolutely loved the apt. 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were at each end of the very large apt.
high ceilings,modern kitchen and bathrooms. lots of incidental chatting areas. It felt like a romantic typically Romanian classy apt.
Anne the owner has to be the most friendly,effecient,helpful person to deal with. She quickly responds to e-mails addressing all our concerns.
I would highly recommend this beautiful apt.

Fabulous apartment, location and owners
This apartment is even better than expected. The location is 2 blocks from the Danube and close to all modes of transportation. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 additional rooms set up for sleeping. The apartment is so large you will never feel crowded and everyone has their privacy. Kitchen has everything you need (appliances). Best of all, the washing machine enabled us to stay for 8 days with a carry on only! One last thing, the information sheet you receive from Ann is packed with details, phone numbers and any other information you might need. We did use her transportation to and from airport. Door to door service even for our 330am pickup.
