this apartment is truly something special.
the location could hardly be more central and the view of the main square and the river is amazing. there are many restaurants and bars within a few meters and every worth to see corner in the city is just a short walk away.
there is a great attention paid to the interior details and the modern, yet warm atmosphere makes up for a very comfortable stay. it is perfectly silent, and everything is in place so that one can completely relax.
the living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped (and beautiful!). when I was there, during the winter, I was very impressed by the quality of the bed and the top class design. the extremely contemporary furniture and facilities are a real surprise in a historical building.
it is a perfect place to stay wether you want to explore ljubljana intensively or for a relaxed weekend, it would satisfy anyone’s needs.

jewel in the heart of the old city centre
Just got back from my stay at this amazing place. This modern newly renovated and furnished apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 or even 3 guests. Everything in the apartment is new and spotless.I think the owners are the architects, the place is very modern. It is small, but fully furnished. Loved to the view, especially from the bay window. What a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful city. Location of the apartment is great. It is so convenient to get everywhere.
I would definitely come back.

Lovely and Unique
Every detail and amenity has been thought of in this beautiful, modern and unique apartment. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nina was always helpful and available to explain everything. The location is fantastic and quiet.

Perfection in Ljubljana!
There is only one way to describe EMMI and that is perfection! There was only one problem with EMMI and that is that from now on we will compare all of our rentals to this one and it will be hard for any of them to match up. We loved this apartment! It was in the most wonderful location...we couldn't imagine being anywhere better...in the middle of everything with wonderful views and yet extremely quiet! The apartment itself was like staying in a five star hotel. Exceltionally clean, wonderful linens, glassware, robes, slippers...wine in the refrig and some other goodies. It is the most efficient use of space that my husband and I have ever seen. We loved Ljubljana and EMMI and will definitely go back....we would recommend it (and have) to anyone!

Beauty, convenance and comfort.
I travel quiet a bit for work and live out of the US 9 months out of the year. It's so refreshing to find a place to stay that is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Nina (the owner) has gone through great measures to make this apartment perfect for your stay and I was not disappointed. The apartment is laid out in a way so that there is no waisted space. There is plenty of room for 2 or 3 people and I never felt like I needed more room. My wife and I stayed for 8 weeks and my wife had a friend join her for 2 of those weeks, we all enjoyed the space together. Nina was kind and helpful and went above and beyond what would be considered standard as far as helping us goes. We have enjoyed our stay and will look back with fond memories of this beautiful place. I hope someday we can return to Ljubljana and if we do we will defiantly stay here.

Great place to stay
Nina was a pleasure to work with! The apartment is small, but it is a very efficient use of space. Three adults fit comfortably. The location was fantastic-very close to the Triple Bridge. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and easy walking to many sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Hope we come back!
Central and strategic position of appartment with the nice pointview, sophisticated and refined interior design, very clean and louminous, we love so much white colour! Well equipped, nothing is missing, owner is friendly and hospitable, speaks a few languages, We have had a very enjoyable stay in Ljubljana and we hope we come back!

Perfect location, property, and host
Ultra-modern, ultra-clean, hotel room-sized apartment. Best possible location in the city. Host is a great resource for travelers and extremely accommodating. Try the tapas restaurant just outside the entrance.

Lovely Ljubljana apartment
Very warm welcome, central and comfortable 1st floor apartment. Looks out on to the river, fabulous views of the Christmas lights. Lots of help from Nina to find what we wanted.
Ljubljana is a lovely city, friendly people, great food and drink, beautiful buildings.
