Nice apartment, small supermarket next door to the entrance and a cafe on the other side. Good guide to the city in the room. Marek, that picked us up from the airport, also told us some useful information on the journey to the apartment. It was a 30minute walk to the city centre, but that was due to ice and snow. Public transport to the centre from around the apartment is good and regular. We arranged two day trips through the apartment owners; one to Auschwitz and one to the salt mine: both were well organised and worth the money.

Luxuswohnung mit Lärmproblem
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Krakau verbracht.
Die Abholung am Flughafen funktionierte einwandfrei und der Fahrer zeigte uns die Wohnung und die Zugangscodes.
In diesem riesigen Komplex eine große Hilfe.
Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Leider gibt es nur eine Tchibo-Kapsel-Maschine und die Kapseln sind schwer zu bekommen.
Eine normale Kaffemaschine wäre schön.
Im Nahbereich befinden sich tolle Restaurants und um die Ecke kann man alles einkaufen, was man braucht. Selbst ein Geldautomat ist direkt um die Ecke.
Die nächste S-Bahn-Haltestelle kann man fußläufig erreichen.
Das ganze Viertel wird komplett neu gestaltet und es entstehen architektonisch spannende Häuser.
Die Wohnung lag zum Innenhof, daher war vom Baulärm nicht zu hören.
Leider befindet sich unter der Wohnung ein Tanzsaal des Fitnessstudios.
Ab 18:00 Uhr wurden die Musikanlage und das Mikro der Trainerin auf volle Lautstärke gestellt und der Boden in der Wohnung vibrierte.
An Ausruhen oder fernsehen kann man da leider nicht mehr denken.
Wir sind trotz anstrengender Touren in die naheliegenden Restaurants gegangen und haben uns dort schöne Abende gemacht.
Was in Erinnerung bleibt, sind die tolle Stadt, interessante Ausflüge,sehr leckeres Essen und die immer netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Polen.

Excellent accomodation and very helpful owner!
The apartment is modern, well equipped and very comfortable, just as advertised.
The owner, Shubho, was very helpful, arranging our pick-up to and from the airport at reasonable cost (the driver, Marek, is very friendly and knowledgeable) and also booking tours to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines on our behalf.
The Jewish quarter is within a 5 minute or so walk away with the main square just over a mile away. The tram stop, providing transport all around Krakow is also only a few minutes walk away, but walking is easy and a far better way of getting to know the city. A walk along the river is very pleasant indeed.
There is a small supermarket within the complex, providing all the basic needs for a short holiday.
Schindler's Factory is within 5 minutes of the apartment and well worth a visit. The tours to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines are well organised, very interesting and informative. Auschwitz provides some particularly hard facts, harrowing stories and tough sights, nevertheless we would recommend this tour to anyone - it is important to remember and recognise what happened there.
Krakow is a clean, friendly and relatively cheap city, a great place for a short city break and we would fully recommend this apartment as the place to stay.
We had great time!

L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo, pulitissimo e accessoriato con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione. Perfetto se ricercate un ambiente familiare, sicurezza e una completa tranquillità notturna. La finestra dà proprio sulla splendida corte centrale. È il massimo della comodità: accanto all'ingresso principale, sulla destra, c'è un piccolo supermercato aperto dalla mattina presto alla sera tardi (23) tutti i giorni; se si supera l'ingresso e si prosegue per un'ottantina di metri c'è un bancomat; nell'appartamento troverete una cartina per raggiungere velocemente la fermata del tram (e l'imperdibile museo della Farmacia dell'Aquila Nera). Attenzione, però, alle deviazioni dovute ai lavori stradali: considerate che, a soli 130m dal comodissimo cancello posteriore, c'è il museo della Fabbrica di Schindler, con una postazione taxi e che una corsa in centro va da 3,5 a 5 €... Non fatevi, quindi, spaventare dall'apparente lontananza dal centro storico, visto il piacere di passeggiare, soprattutto lungo la Vistola, nel quartiere ebraico o in pieno centro e che il riposo tranquillo vi ripagherà in pieno. Wi-fi velocissimo, così come l'ascensore e le procedure di check-in (soprattutto se prenoterete servizio transfer) e check-out; possibilità di farsi il caffè in tre modi diversi; confermo bottiglia di benvenuto e grande facilità e rapidità nelle comunicazioni; puntualità e perfetta organizzazione delle escursioni turistiche; l'ambiente-guardaroba è davvero di grande utilità: puoi metterci i bagagli e non esserne più impacciato; il tavolino e le sedie ci sono e sono comodissime; nessun problema (anzi...) con la porta della doccia: la doccia in sé, con tre diverse opzioni di getto e getto rapido e abbondante, è una meraviglia. Non saprei pensare a nessun miglioramento da suggerire se non , al massimo, l'aggiunta di un paio di padelle/pentole e di un'ulteriore tendina oscurante in camera da letto, per prolungare ulteriormente la pace assoluta del riposo notturno.

Convenient, modern apartment
The apartment is neither on the riverside nor is it luxury but it is well located for a visit to Krakow especially close to Schindlers Factory. The whole area is a sea of redevelopment and cranes at the moment!
The apartment is fairly new but looking well used. The breakfast bar could not be used as there were no stools and it was quite wobbly! The washing machine was in the bedroom.
As little said about the shower door the better!
Nice airey windows.
A good stay in a modern apartment but missing some warmth and character.

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION
We stayed in this apartment from April 26th to 30th.
As with many previous reviews we agree it is modern, clean and comfortable. A nice touch by the way to have chocolates waiting on our arrival!!
Shubho answered our many questions quickly and booked the two main trips and the airport transfers. All on time and all good value.
We did have problems locating the actual apartment at first, even a local who had lived there some 5 years did not know the number of this property, however, he was very helpful and went back again to the reception team for help. Maybe a clearer map would help, but this was soon solved.
Finally, the weather the whole time was terrible, rained every day, even Shubho has no control over this!!
We have already recommended to friends and family, hence our 5 star Excellent rating. Thank you Shubho

A full package for a wonderful holiday
It was a great experience all round made even better by the wonderful apartment that had everything we needed and much more. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. The bathroom shower was great as well. Shubho the owner was really helpful through the whole process and easy to deal with.

Great Apartment in Krakow
We stayed for five days at Shubho's Garden Residence apartment in Krakow. It proved to be the perfect base from which to explore this great city. The apartment is clean and modern and it was great to have a supermarket right at the front door of the complex. It is located close to the river, the Jewish Quarter, Schindler's factory and the tram stop with good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The tram stop is also close-by making it easy to reach the old town and the main square. We found it the perfect base from which to explore the city and Shubho, who was really helpful throughout, also organised a transfer for us to and from the airport. This is an excellent apartment for a couple wanting to spend a weekend or longer in Krakow.
