Beautiful private, deluxe and fenced villa with a night security guard, private garden and pool in the heart of Las Terrenas within walking distance to beaches and restaurants.
We offer cable, internet/WiFi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and the comfort of a home to our guest. There will be hot water for showering and many other unique features as a backup generator and others.
Fully furnished including a very well equipped kitchen.
We offer daily housekeeping except for one date per week!

We take pride in offering a Villa design to provide you and your loved ones all the comfort that you are in need to make of this a wonderful experience..!

Perfect choice
We just got back from the villa (unfortunatelly:-)). If you are looking for great house, green garden with various flowers, perfect private pool and great and helpfull staff, you have to choose this house. We spent there two weeks, but I wish to be there much more longer.
House is fully equiped, very clean, beautifull, very private and just great:-)
It is only 3 minutes from the beach, there is a small shop cca 100 meters, lots of beach restaurants nearby and you are in the Las Terrenas downtown in 15 minutes by walk.
We would like to thank also to staff, property manager Joel offered his help with any request we had, solved it very quickly and also provided very usefull tips about Las Terrenas and Samaná.
We were never traveling to same place twicein the past,as we want to explore, but this house will be most probably exception, we want to go there again.
I fully recommend , you wil not regret single minute in the villa and on Las Terrenas beaches (try Coson beach for sure, it´s beautifull, huge and empty:-))

Martin,Thank you for your review...Me and my manager Joel take pride in trying to offer a Villa to our guest to have an experience as you just described, our Villa is equipped in a very different way than all the other one's, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible! Tout est parfait
Nous avons utilisé le car entre Santo-Domingo et Las Terrenas. Il est climatisé et rapide. La villa est très agréable, bien aéré, nous n'avons pas utilisé les climatiseurs à notre disposition. Cuisine très bien équipée, grand frigidaire. La salle à manger sous la paillote en terrasse est très agréable. La fenêtre entre cette salle à manger et la cuisine sert de passe-plats. La piscine est bien entretenue par le gardien qui passe chaque jour. Le ménage est fait chaque jour. Restaurant à proximité servant des plats locaux et africains. Les commerces en centre ville sont accessibles à pied. Si on revient chargé, il y a possibilité de prendre un taxi (bien négocier les prix) Plages à proximité et sorties en mer avec possibilité de pouvoir pêcher le gros. Maxi confort dans un cadre calme et non bruyant car en retrait de la route

amazingly beutiful
i loved this villa so much.is home away from home,everything you need it’s there.its equipped with everything you need for you stay.its super clean the pool it’s wonderful,i don’t have not one single complaint about it.its got everything you need if you have a baby,mosquito net,stroller and playpen.its like 2 minutes walk to the beach.i was very relaxed for the time i was there.overall it’s a great place to relaxed and have some fun.it’s not pet friendly just letting you know.
