We stayed here for 2 weeks and the apartment was fantastic. Spacious and clean with everything you could need provided. The pool was very quiet and some days we had it to ourselves. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach and 10-20 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you went, not recommended for those with mobility problems as it is in a very hilly area! We decided to cancel our hire car and we are glad we did, the bus service is great and cheap to get around the island and the driving is somewhat erratic in Malta so we felt much safer using Public Transport. Lucianne answered any queries and questions quickly and we went through the welcome pack on the phone to reduce any risks, she organised our taxi from the airport which was also great. The whole apartment complex is lovely and we had a wonderful holiday here and generally felt very safe in Mellieha in these difficult times

This apartment in the Tas Sellum complex is superb - modern and spacious, with great facilities. Our host, Lucianne, could not have been more friendly and helpful. She booked taxis to and from the airport, was waiting to greet us, and came to help us with the TV which wasn’t working - it turned out that the service provider was upgrading. Mellieha is a lovely place to stay, especially if you like swimming in the sea, boats and water sports. We found it also to be a good base for exploring the Maltese islands by local bus, which are frequent and go everywhere for 2 euros. From here we went sightseeing in Valletta, Mdina, Gozo and to beautiful beaches, such as Riviera near Golden Bay. There is so much to see in Malta - remarkable ancient stone temples; impressive fortifications; beautiful baroque church architecture; museums; historic towns such as Mdina, where scenes in Game of Thrones was filmed; old houses; and places of natural beauty. On our last day we went on an excellent boat trip on a catamaran from Sliema round Malta, Comino and Gozo, visiting caves and swimming in the sea, rounding off a highly enjoyable week. Thank you.

Five of us stayed for 10 days, using the comfy sofa-bed as an extra bed. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and was spotlessly clean. A well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. There's an en-suite shower room as well as a separate bathroom which helped to avoid queues! The air-conditioning proved to be invaluable. The balcony overlooking the pool is a great place to sit or eat meals. The complex is very well maintained and was quiet during our stay. The pool was lovely and we never had to share it with more than a handful of people. You'll have to carry loungers down from the apartment if you want to sit by the pool but there's a handy lift. Getting in and out of the complex does involve quite a few steps though. To be honest, the immediate area outside the complex isn't much to look at but it's a short walk down to the waterfront and some nice local restaurants. There are also a couple of little grocery shops nearby. The local Għadira bay is great for swimming and remains shallow a long way from the shore. Boat trips/water sports are available from there - we enjoyed a great trip to Gozo and the Blue Lagoon. There's a bus stop nearby with a regular service. It's very good value, especially if you get a pre-paid card. As the resort is so far north, be prepared for some fairly long journeys (it's a good hour or so to Valletta). Lucianne and the apartment's owner, Sonke, were very friendly and helpful. They were especially accommodating with our early arrival and (very) late departure, for which we were very grateful. We had a great stay and would happily recommend the apartment.

Een hele mooie accommodatie! Appartement heel netjes verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. 1 slaapkamer met zacht matras en 1 bed met hard matras. Hele lieve mensen die het beheren. Bij problemen staan ze direct voor je klaar en komen heel snel om het te verhelpen. Rustige locatie op loopafstand van winkel en restaurants. Zwembad was wel erg koud. Deze accommodatie zou ik zeker aanraden.

Lovely, clean apartment with access to pool. Perfect for families. Set in a quiet location right by sea and places to eat. Free parking next to apartment. Would recommend!

L'appartamento è molto carino, nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort, condizionatori in tutte le stanze, un terrazzino bellissimo con vista sulla piscina del complesso e si vede anche il mare.Lucienne è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche una cassa d'acqua e una bottiglia di vino.l'appartamento si trova in una zona comoda per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge e vicino ai traghetti per Comino e Gozo.Vacanza stupenda, consigliata sima.
