In the following, I would like to point out to what extent Stefano (the owner) and the travel agency have made false information about the accommodation and have not fulfilled their obligations:
1) "With views of fantastic sunsets"
Instead of a great view, we had an ugly view to a construction site of the owner right next to the cottage and on rubble towards the sea.
2) "Romantic annexe with a living room"
We have not encountered a romantic annex, but a converted car shelter with pallet furniture. Pallet furniture is not romantic. It is just cheap. The photos on the website of Stefono of the travel agency do not show the cheap furniture because those photos are outdated. Stefano and the travel agency make false promises. In the bedroom, we found a pallet furniture. In addition, a living room has advertised. But there is no living room, only a kitchen with a kitchen table, two chairs and a pallet furniture. Finally, it smelled moldy. In each room, you tried with extremely strong smelling incense sticks to cover the moldy smell. In fact, mouldiness was even visible in the bathroom.
3) "Wi-Fi in the cottage"
The website of the travel agency advertises Wi-Fi in the cottage. There was no Wi-Fi in the hut. There was only Wi-Fi at the far side of Stefano's house, 100 meters from the cottage. How can we work like that? How can we organize day trips (we do not own a car)? How can we comfortably read news and digital texts in the evening or early in the morning?
4) "Coast within a mile"
The coast could not have reached within a mile. The distance to Porto Picchio is two and a half miles, and the distance to the beach of Camogli is definitely more than one mile. Even on a subcontractor's website the distance to the sea has specified as more than 1 mile, we realized now. The travel agency and/or Stefano (?) shortens the 2 km to less than 1.6 km and do not even write that the direct line has meant. Stefano and/or the travel agency make false promises.
We informed Stefano and his wife about our disappointment on Saturday evening just when we arrived. They offered us to leave the place and to get the money back. As a result, we accepted this agreement and decided to go back home. In the meantime, we could arrange a repayment of 1200.00 Euro form the travel agency. But there is still al lack of 1800 Euro. Yes, we payed 3000 Euro for a two week holiday in a shelter, we never had.
Stefano has not kept his agreement to pay back our money until today. He did not pay back a single euro. He does not even respond to my emails and pushes away all my phone calls. And that remains for me: no holidays, no money and the interpersonal disappointment.
My tip: If you expect fairness during or after your holidays, then book elsewhere.

Absolutely Superb!
We recently stayed here for a week. The apartment is excellent and very well equipped with everything you might need. It is positioned within some beautiful gardens with a fantastic view of the sea and over Camogli. The owner, Stefano is a fantastic guy, he was very helpful and even brought us some local focaccia and a bottle of local wine to enjoy on terrace, thank you Stafano you made our stay very comfortable! If you are looking for a relaxing place to get away from it, this is the place to be!

Best of the Best! Amazingly Beautiful!
My husband I travel so often but I have to say this is one of the most precious jewels we have found. Stefano was the most amazing host on guiding us around the area and his property is just fantastic. Perfect view, so well maintained, immaculate. The accommodations are perfect for us. Full kitchen, bath with washer and very comfortable bedding My favorite part was the covered outside living area. With table chairs and beautiful outdoor sofa and chairs Most places have difficulty with parking in the area, but he has a extraordinary amount of private parking space in his private gated property. It was so safe and secure. We just loved every moment there...truly I didn't want to leave! I hope we can enjoy this experience again.

Stunning View
Best about this little place is its amazing outside area and stunning sun sets. Plus obviously Stefano - he is a great host. It's very clean and exactly as you see it on the website. We will definitely stay again.
Some to do tips: take advantage of the restaurants Stefano recommend they were all amazing - best to book on arrival or you will not get in.
Walk down to Camogli but take the bus home (haha).
San Rocco is an easy walk and do try Nonna Nina - food was good.
Take the bus down to Portofino via Santa Margarita.
All in all a lovely relaxing stay for us - well worth it thanks Stefano.

Perfect place to chill out
We had a very relaxing ten days here in summer 2016. The accommodation is relatively modest, but functional, clean and pleasant. The terrace and garden are stunning and the view is beautiful. The property faces west, so you get amazing sunsets. Stefano, the owner, lives close by and is very helpful and friendly. Cable TV would be a suggested improvement, but overall we loved it and would go again.

Ottimo per chi ama cucinarsi e ha cani. La depandance è una casetta a piano terra comodissimo e accogliente. Il giardino è grandissimo e panoramico mozzafiato. I cani possono girare per il giardino senza infastidire nessuno. Tutto molto curato e ordinato. Ottima posizione per escursionisti: dista 20 minuti a piedi da san Rocco. Sempre da san Rocco partono molte escursioni sul promontorio di Portofino. Auto parcheggiata a pochi metri dalla depandance se si devono caricare e scaricare bagagli è mooolto comodo. Sempre a piedi si può raggiungere in mezz'oretta Camogli per le antiche vie e scalinate. Stefano il gestore è una persona disponibile ed informata sui posti da visitare e sugli eventi locali.

Un endroit magnifique, une très belle région, une architecture harmonieuse,colorée, offrant un contraste remarquable avec la nature environnante. Repos assure pour les fatigues du travail. Nid d'amour pour les couples en quête de romantisme. Nous avons passer un moment inoubliable. Un grand merci à stefano qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, simplicite. Des attentions, une disponibilité et une generosite grandement appréciée. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

What an amazing place and such a wonderful host! The pictures are amazing but they can't really convey just how breathtaking the view is.The house had everything we could possibly need. We only stayed two nights but felt like we could have lived there for a month. It was very difficult to leave and we will be back!Stephano was brilliant, his English is very good, he gave us lots of advice and was available any time of day or night if needed. To top it off he delivered a big basket of homemade focaccia to our door on our last morning.We can't recommend this place enough, for the house and the whole area surrounding it.
