I think that describing this as a "luxury villa" is a stretch. However - for the price it is lovely. Spacious for two with three options for outside seating - an upstairs balcony front and back so you can enjoy (or avoid!) the sun - and wooden patio set with parasol downstairs. Full kitchen, fridge freezer, microwave and proper oven and hob. There were a couple of things broken / not working properly - but this didn't detract from our stay and some were instantly fixed by the friendly and helpful owner who lives on site. The Lambis pool is directly opposite (the main reason we booked this accommodation) and we never had a problem getting loungers and were there in high season. Usual pool bar with snacks etc. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest shop and to the main road from where you can take the shuttle bus down into Lindos or along the coast to Rhodes Town or other destinations. Buses frequent and cheap. Easy to access travel information. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest beach - not distance wise, but ascent in the afternoon heat coming back! It took us 15 minutes to walk each way, but we are young and fit. It is quite a climb up from the bay so would not suit someone less mobile. We liked the location here in Krana as it is away from the immediate hustle and bustle of Lindos but so close you can walk in for the evening and back. Also far enough from the main road not to get any traffic noise. We were glad not to choose the hotel on the main road which was another option for this reason.

We stayed in Iris (no 3) with our 19 year old daughter so it was perfect with the bedroom upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. It was very clean and well thought out, everything we needed for our stay. Great air conditioning made it very comfortable to sleep. Kitchen also had everything we needed. Shower was fine too. We used the hotel across the road for late night drinks. Walked into Lindos but got a taxi back which was only €5. Manolis the owner was very helpful when we wanted advice on to other beaches to visit.

Bien situé, ce duplex (parmi 5 autres) offre une grande surface, de grands espaces à l'intérieur et beaucoup d'électroménagers qu'on ne trouve pas souvent ailleurs : four et vitrocéramique, grand réfrigérateur, micro-onde, machine à laver, grille pain, sèche-cheveux. Un presse-agrumes aurait été très apprécié. Climatisation à chaque étage et Wi-Fi avec un débit satisfaisant. Un balcon fermé et une terrasse à l'étage ainsi qu'au rez-de chaussée permettent de manger dehors (mais en août c'est souvent trop chaud). La localisation à 10 minutes du centre-ville permet le calme et la possibilité de flâner le soir dans les ruelles touristiques de Lyndos. La piscine d'un proche complexe hôtelier est un plus apprécié. Côté négatif, on note des situations étonnantes pour une villa dite "luxury" : - pas de drap housse et draps trop petit pour un lit matrimonial, - nid de fourmis sous l'évier, - siège de WC désolidarisé à notre arrivée et ne tient pas en place, - poêle de cuisine petite et quasiment sans plus de revêtement (la quantité et le nombre des autres ustensiles sont plutôt corrects), - pas de torchon de cuisine, de liquide vaisselle, d'éponges à notre arrivée, - portes des douches constamment déraillées, - le contenu de l'huilier-vinaigrier proposé date de nombreux mois, - pas de sel ni poivre, - pas gel douche ni shampoing, - cintres cassés dans l'armoire, - fenêtre haute de la chambre non opacifiante (la lumière à Rhodes est très vive dès l'aube), - grand et lourd portail en fer donnant sur la rue qui tombe presque sur vous en ouvrant, gond cassé. A plus de 110€ la nuit, on s'attend à moins de désagréments et plus de rigueur, même si une partie des problèmes ont été résolus à notre demande dès le premier jour. A ce prix je n'attribue qu'une note moyenne même si le séjour a été globalement agréable et confortable. Le qualificatif "luxury" est à notre avis exagéré. En revanche, nous recommandons le restaurant de Manolis le propriétaire qui propose des plats grecs très bons et originaux comme la Feta-bacon aux oignons grillé sur un lit de champignons dit "à l'italienne", le tout pour un prix moins cher que beaucoup de ses concurrents et en plus il vous fait une remise de 10%.

Very pleasant accommodation only 10 mins walk into Lindos and well placed to visit the rest of Rhodes. The owner Manolis was nearby to deal with any queries and his restaurant Delight in the centre of Lindos was excellent

I stayed here with my Girlfriend and our teenage daughter ,we loved its privacy and layout.A good place to chill before food and night out in Lindos.Clean with all you need.

Our first visit to Lindos, and not our last, the villa was located at the top of the hill, over looking the town, with views of St. Paul's Bay. The villa was secure in a quiet location,with good access to local shops and restaurant great for de- stressing.The owner Manolis is friendly and helpful and typical of the people we meet from Lindos. His and their company made our holiday special.

The location of this property is perfect. Just outside of Lindos village. Taking breakfast on the balcony was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop.The accommodation was first class all your holiday needs are met. If you need to de -stress this is for you. This was our first time in Rhodes and Lindos, it will not be the last. Just across the way are Lambis Studios which you can have use of their lovely pool and surroundings complete with pool side bar. We have just returned from 2 weeks at this property,facilities were very good, very clean,the bedding and towels are changed every other day. That's service you will not get any where in Rhodes.Manolis(the owner was brilliant thank you),customer service 1st class. I would recommend this property to friends and family.Georges Luxury Villas is must if you are going to Rhodes you will not be disappointed, just a 15 minute stroll down to the pretty village of Lindos.
