I rented this villa for my a business seminar with my team. (6.5K€ on AirBnb for the week for 13 people, which is expensive)
I have to be honest, on the photos, it looks great, but when you arrive, the reality is way different from what is advertised.
These are the things we encountered/listed so far:
- Water pressure, it was difficult to take showers whatever the time for anyone
- lack of condiments, it felt weird that we needed to buy salt, black pepper or some basic oil
- there was a huge lack of trashbin, basement, top room
- some rooms didn't have any electric plug or just so far away from everything that it was not convenient
- downstairs stuff were either not working or damaged (table tennid table, workout machine, billard...)
- you told us there was a parking slot and yet we had to park in the street
- rooftop was not useable (no furniture there)
- no ladder for one of our bed
- the shower at first floor lacked a curtain, which made the bathroom with wayyy too much water even though the team tried to be careful
- downstairs shower's mixer tap is not working properly
- second main room shower doors were not closing
- I couldn't lock roof's main room, which made me worried about my stuff's safety given that we had neighbors that could easily go on our rooftop
- wifi was only in the main room
- there was no key for basement bathroom
- there was no key for main stage bathroom
- one of the main bedrooms had a leaking A/C (it was seen yesterday)
- Knives were pretty bad and we didn't get the knife sharpener
- missing instructions on most of the things we should have been aware of
- curtains were not useful regarding lowering the temperature at all
- where were all the plants shown on photos ?
Of course, when mentioned to the owner, it says we should have warned them to get it addressed.
But checking a few reviews from TripAdvisor just confirms that we were not the only ones with those issues and nothing was addressed so far.
I'd only recommend this Villa if you want to leave with the feeling of getting scammed.

Unpleasant stay.
We had booked a stay for 3 nights and unfortunately, it was not as expected. The villa decor is quite nice and super comfortable but certain things were missing such as no keys were provided for any of the doors, not even bathroom. I believe this is a necessity as each occupant would like their privacy.
Upon arriving, we asked about the indoor pool which we did not know it was shared (our fault for the oversight) but the management also advised us that the pool closes at 6PM. We were shocked as we were not notified about this nor was it listed in the fine print from where we booked. However, the management resolved this by offering us to enjoy the pool 24/7, so far so good. A few hours later we went to the supposedly indoor heated pool, only to find it extremely cold and the jacuzzi was not working. We brought this to the host's attention and we were told that the pool temperature is calculated by the room's temperature (not heated as advertised) and the jacuzzi is working fine. We submitted the complaint twice about the water temperature but our concerns were drained out with the simple fact that "it is the authority's decision", surely one can increase the temperature of the heater, as it was advertised as 29 Degrees but it was almost ice cold. The jacuzzi issue was not looked into, as the host claimed that all is well while in reality, none of the jacuzzi jets were working except one.
The reason we booked this specific Villa was because we were a large group of people and we wanted something with an indoor pool to have fun in. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool as it was immensely cold and none of us could withstand it. We spoke to the host about this in light of getting at least a smidge of compensation, given that we paid over 1000 euros for a villa with an unusable indoor pool and jacuzzi. I advised the host that had I not desired an indoor pool/jacuzzi, I would have went for something extremely cheaper but it is unacceptable that I paid for something, which I cannot use. Unfortunately, the host refused to compensate and we left it at that.
It is a shame that this dispute threw us off on re-booking with the same host again or even recommending to our friends. The villa is great to be in, located in a great area and super comfortable, but unfortunately I was not impressed by how management handled our dispute and for that reason, we will not be re-booking again.

Good, but nothing more
The villa (as a whole) is quite enjoyable, although in need of a refresh. On the downside, the relatively high price in the season - you can find many other offers at a lower price, including breakfast. The price goes up a bit, for example, if you want to use the Internet (it doesn't work in the lower rooms) or air conditioning (it doesn't always work). The latter is essential in high Maltese temperatures. Very different quality of rooms (top - villa basement). The indoor pool is probably outside the villa and we didn't use it (don't even know if it was available). Outdoor pool nice, clean, sunbeds available. Location pretty nice, close to the bus stop, grocery store and small cafes.

Dear customer, thank you very much for your feedback we are happy to hear that overall you enjoy your stay with us, however, we would have appreciated if you could inform us regarding the AC issue during your stay as our maintenance team is always ready to assist in thess cases. The wifi also should be fully available in the entire Villa so these things need to be informed for us to be able to solve it asap. In any case, we are glad that you liked our property and we hope that you had a great Holiday.

Amazing experience
We came for a family trip and booked this Villa directly from the owners, from the beginning the service offered to us was really good, the Villa has a very nice outdoor area with sea views, we enjoyed the pool and the privacy and quietness, the kids enjoyed the games room as well. It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were very kind and assisted us very well during our entire stay. I highly recommend

First and a last time
So we paid 4K€ for 3 nights. For 5 bathrooms there was 1 HAND soap and a limit od 2 toilet papers per toilet. Unequiped kitchen with 1 cutting board, and 1 dull bread knife that couldn’t even cut that bread. There was no dish sponge for washing. Pool wasn’t very clean. Clima in all house did not worked. Watter was awfull with copper taste. I mean It did not even looked that good as on pictures on booking sites. Don’t get me wrong.. but for this amount of money a would expect a lot more or at least the basic stuff like little of showergel or that clima working.

Dear client, we are very sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't so good, however, we do appreciate your feedback as your comments make us improve for the future. We will be definitely extra careful for future bookings on these things that you are pointing out. It would have been also a pleasure to assist you during your stay if all these things would have been pointed to our attention. About the Pool, we have to say that this was cleaned prior to your arrival and also that is not advisable to drink tap water in Malta.

Relaxing stay
We booked this villa to relax for a few days and enjoy some privacy during covid peak.
The staff was very kind and supportive, the Villa was clean and the outdoor area very enjoyable.
Highly recommend

Avoid at all cost
We had booked this vill from the 20th October for a week, due to Covid had to cancel. Asked the property manager David, who may well also be the owner, what are options to cancel where. He gave 3 options
1 cancel and loose deposit
2 change date at a cost of £550 paid to a uk account
3 take a voucher to use in winter months
We went for the second option and found suitable dates to be told we had to have the same dates as next year, problem was it was booked for same dates next year, so we requested other dates but he refused told us we had to have a Saturday to Saturday booking even though we had booked Tuesday to Tuesday. He went out of his way to make it impossible to change the date as the flights for next year where not available so we would loose the flights.
In the end we had to settle for loosing the deposit but getting the second payment back, I requested to do this then we received a small payment of the total cost of the second payment when I messaged him I was told that I was lucky to get anything back.
I am now left with claiming on insurance but he is now refusing to send invoice of the holiday and what was paid and refunded

Perfect Accommodation!
The Villa is very beautiful and spacious, great for families and groups of friends, well located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood next to St Julian's, after the Covid19 we were worried about the safety and cleanliness in general and the owners did all the necessary arrangements to fulfill this really well.
We had a great stay and they allow us to bring our dog, which is much appreciated. We were very happy and will book again for sure :)

Great stay in lovely house
Very well organised, good communication and amazing house. We had a great time. It is perfect for large groups and is in a good location.

Lovely Villa
Very nice villa near the party center "Paceville". The rooms are very clean and we had no problems during our holidays. I can highly recommend to book this villa.
Also a big thank to Jane who is very kind.
