The beaches of the Tyrrennian coast (35 km) and Roma (55 km).

Gli appartamenti sono situati in un contesto molto bello e rilassante, immersi nella natura. Sia l'interno che l'esterno è molto pulito e curato nei dettagli.

Dimora incantevole
dimora incantevole dotata di tutti confort e di ampi spazi sia interni che esterni dove trascorrere meravigliosi momenti. sapientemente ristrutturata ed immersa in una splendida campagna a pochi passi dal lago di Vico e altre splendide località.
abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno rilassante e rigenerante usufruendo di tutte le comodità messe a disposizione dalla proprietaria, sempre disponibile e discreta.

You will pass Campagnano, Trevignano, Monterosi, Sutri and then arrive at Capranica. After the city sign of Capranica you will find on your left the building of ' CHIN8NERI '. Keep going straight up to the crossroads for Ronciglione. Turn left for Ronciglione. Keep going on the main road and you will see the sign of a railroad crossing. Immedately before the railroad tracks on your right you will see our sign “Le Caiole” and the entrance gate. You have arrived.

Train M 70 (FM 1) Fiumicino - Fara Sabina or Orte (be careful not to take trains to Termini - trains run every half hour from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.), get off at Roma Ostiense station (6th stop), take the train M 77 (FM 3) Roma Ostiense - Viterbo (be careful to take trains leaving at 40 minutes before the hour), get off at Capranica - Sutri station (20th stop - length of trip is1 hour 20 min.)

From GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) take Exit 5 (Cassia Bis / SS2 Bis) towards Viterbo, to km 53 of the Cassia road.
