the best
we have stayed in ballina lots of times this was by far the best place right by the river (my husband was fishing) plenty of room very clean everthing we needed.the owner
Martin Mills could not have been more helpful.Would stay there again no problem.

Highly recommend
Extremely impressed with this holiday accommodation. Very clean house and was excellently equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great too, with a shop across the road, it is only a minute walk from the River Moy and two minute walk from town centre.

excellent property
we were meet by the owner martin mills.martin showed us round the house ,he was very friendly.the house had everything you could possibly need ,it is in a prime location within walking distance to town.the house was spotless.

Excellent property in a perfect location
We spent a week at this property in May 2014 and were really pleased with all aspects of our stay. Communication with the owner was faultless; he even introduced himself by visiting the property a couple of days into our stay. The property was ideally located in the centre of Ballina , with a convenience store across the road and the River Moy less than a 5 minute walk away. The property had 4 good-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a really well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The outdoor space was perfect for us (a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents) as there was off-street parking for 2 cars and a lovely enclosed garden. After visiting Ballina many times over the years, we would definitely choose to stay at this property in the future and only hope it is available for our next visit!

Ideal in All Respects
We were a group of four men, using Ballina as a hub for golf in Mayo and Sligo. Martin was a pleasure to deal with, addressing our only issue (uncertainty about how to get the WiFi operational) promptly. In response to our question, he suggested we try An Sean Sibin, which turned out to be the best pub in Ballina and right around the corner. Everything in the house worked great, and the beds were really, really comfortable. Washer, dryer and dishwasher made chores easy (we stayed for two weeks). A perfect host and a really well set-up house in an ideal location - we couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Martin!

Great house great location great holiday.
The house is in a good location minutes walk into the town were all the bars and restaurants are located .Martin the owner could not do enough to make you welcome,lovely holiday will be back next year.

The house was much more than we expected close to town and all the amenities and Martin made us so welcome will definitely be going back.

Brilliant house and location
Stayed at the house in November while visiting family, it was in a brilliant location and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and had everything you needed would defo stay again..

Perfect location
House central to all amenities, nice large cosy bedrooms,plenty of space.
Fully equipped kitchen,everything you need and more.
Many historical places to visit nearby and the small fishing villages a delight.
The owner Martin visited us to make sure everything was fine,he was lovely.
Will definitely book this house again.
