On the first level which is not connected with the first one can be accommodated other two people. It has a a minimum height of 1.90 cm, and 2.90 cm and offers another double bedroom, a kitchen and one bath with shower.
Ideally situated for those who want a relaxing holiday, in a secluded oasis of peace, but good starting point for many interesting sites such as: the idyllic Lake Bracciano 7 km, Terme di Stigliano and solfataras 8 km, the mountains of Tolfa 22 km, Cerveteri, with its famous Etruscan tombs to 24 km, the center of Rome and Viterbo 40 km (within half an hour with a train from Manziana).
The Tyrrhenian Sea with its wide sandy beaches, free and equipped, is about 20 Km., The Roma Fiumicino airport is ONLY 50 MINUTES, Orvieto and Umbria, 80 km, Florence and Naples 200 Km.
The residencel is also just minutes from the SPA of the Roman baths of Stigliano and the exclusive Golf Clubs 'The Oaks' and 'Olgiata'.
The location offers the perfect vacation, for sightseeing, archaeological, natural, shopping, relaxation and entertainment, the ideal base for horse riding, walking or cycling.
